Owing to their poverty (and immediate need for cash) farmers are often driven to a distressed sale of their produce. But good harvest causes a glut (of supply) in the market. This causes a price-crash. The price may fall so much that the total revenue of the farmer decreases even when his output/sale is more than before.

A cell is the structural and fundamental unit of life. The study of cells from its basic structure to the functions of every cell organelle is called Cell Biology. Robert Hooke was the first Biologist who discovered cells.
All organisms are made up of cells. They may be made up of a single cell (unicellular), or many cells (multicellular). Mycoplasmas are the smallest known cells. Cells are the building blocks of all living beings. They provide structure to the body and convert the nutrients taken from the food into energy.
Cells are complex and their components perform various functions in an organism. They are of different shapes and sizes, pretty much like bricks of the buildings. Our body is made up of cells of different shapes and sizes.

Reema being a plant lover decides to open a nursery and she bought a few plants with pots. She wants to place pots in such a way that the number of pots in the first row is 3, in the second row is 5 and in the third row is 7 and so on.a) If Reema wants to place 120 pots in total then the number of rows formed in this arrangement is?
b) Find the difference in number of pots placed in 8th row and 3rd row.
Given :- the number of pots in the first row is 3, in the second row is 5 and in the third row is 7 and so on.
To Find :- a) If Reema wants to place 120 pots in total then the number of rows formed in this arrangement is?
b) Find the difference in number of pots placed in 8th row and 3rd row.
Solution :-
as we can see that, 3 , 5 , 7 ________ form an AP series .
- First term = 3 .
- common difference = 5 - 3 = 2 .
So,
- Sn = (n/2)[2a + (n - 1)d]
- Sn = 120 pots .
then,
→ 120 = (n/2)[2*3 + (n-1)2]
→ 120*2 = n(6 + 2n - 2)
→ 240 = n(4 + 2n)
→ 240 = 2n(2 + n)
→ 120 = n² + 2n
→ n² + 2n - 120 = 0
→ n² + 12n - 10n - 120 = 0
→ n(n + 12) - 10(n + 12) = 0
→ (n + 12)(n - 10) = 0
→ n = (-12) or 10 .
since negative value of n is not Possible.
Therefore, The Number of rows formed is 10. (Ans. a)
Now,
→ Pots in 3rd row = T(3) = a + (3 - 1)2 = 3 + 2*2 = 3 + 4 = 7 pots .
→ Pots in 8th row = T(8) = a + (8 - 1)2 = 3 + 7*2 = 3 + 14 = 17 pots .
Therefore,
→ Required difference = 17 - 7 = 10

Here the table and the diagram below shows the following relationship between AP and MP:
• AP increases as long as MP is greater than AP. Till the point p, AP is at maximum.
• AP decreases when MP < AP. Beyond the point p, AP is at its top.
• AP is at its maximum when AP = MP. MP curve cuts AP from above at its maximum.
• MP may be zero or negative, but AP remains positive.

My dear Jeet,
I am pained to learn from father's letter that your health is growing from bad to worse day by day. He has expressed great anxiety about your health. You must be very careful about your health.
In order to improve your health you must obey the laws of heatlh. In the first place you must take light food. Never over eat yourself. You must not drink water with your food. Take your evening meal three or four hours before going to bed. Secondly, you must take exercise daily. Thirdly, you must brush your teeth arid take a bath daily. Bad teeth bring on indigestion. Fourthly, you must go to bed early and get up early. Fifthly, you must avoid over work because it is harmful to health. Lastly, you must give up smoking. If you observe these rules, your health will improve in a short time. With love and best wishes,
Yours affectionately,

Heat as a form of energy can be converted to other forms of energy. For example, in motorized vehicles, heat is converted to mechanical energy. In electric bulbs, it is converted to light energy. In thermal power plants, it is finally converted to electrical energy.
