Maximum Exterior angle could be found out by observing the minimum interior angle possible. And the minimum interior angle possible is 60 degrees as the polygon with least sides is Triangle. Therefore maximum Exterior angle would be 180-60=120 degrees. Hence 120 degrees is the answer.
