अगर पेड़ नहीं होंगे तो ये चीजें हमें नहीं मिलेंगी। अतिथियों ने कहा कि जिस प्रकार हम शरीरिक सुंदरता के लिए सोने के आभूषणों को धारण करते हैं, उसी प्रकार पेड़ जो हैं वह धरती का हरा सोना है। पेड़ों की वजह से धरती पर चारों पर ओर हरियाली छाई रहती है और हरियाली छाए रहने से हमारी धरती सुंदर दिखती है। धरती सुंदर रहने हमारा जीवन भी सुखी एवं सुंदर होगा। अगर हम धरती को दुखी करेंगे, पेड़ों का लगाने के बजाय उन्हें काट कर नष्ट करेंगे, तो एक दिन ऐसा आएगा कि हमारा अस्तित्व ही समाप्त हो जाएगा।अत: धरती की रक्षा के लिए, पर्यावरण सरंक्षण के लिए और अपनी रक्षा के लिए हर किसी को अपने जीवन काल में एक पेड़ तो अवश्य लगाना चाहिए। बच्चों ने भी बड़ों की बात अंगीकार कर पौधे लगाने के साथ उनकी देखभाल के लिए संकल्प लिया।

So, p is divisible by 5. p=5c Suaring on both sides, p2=25c2 --------------(2) Put p2 in eqn.(1) 5q2=25(c)2 q2=5c2 So, q is divisible by 5. . Thus p and q have a common factor of 5. So, there is a contradiction as per our assumption. We have assumed p and q are co-prime but here they a common factor of 5. The above statement contradicts our assumption. Therefore, √5 is an irrational number.
