Ballistic training, also called power training, is a form of training which involves throwing weights, and jumping with weights, in order to increase explosive power. The intention in ballistic exercises is to maximise the acceleration phase of an object's movement and minimise the deceleration phase.

Butyric acid also known under the systematic name butanoic acid. Butyric acid is found in animal fat and plant oils, bovine milk, breast milk, butter, parmesan cheese, and as a product of anaerobic fermentation (including in the colon and as body odor, and vomit). Butyric acid has a taste somewhat like butter and an unpleasant odor. Butyrate is produced as end-product of a fermentation process solely performed by obligate anaerobic bacteria. Butyric Acid is a saturated short-chain fatty acid with a 4-carbon backbone. Butyric acid is commonly found in esterified form in animal fats and plant oils. The main species responsible for the production of vinegar belong to the genera Acetobacter, Gluconacetobacter, Gluconobacter and Komagataeibacter because of their high capacity to oxidise ethanol to acetic acid and high resistance to acetic acid. Acetic acid is a weak organic acid and its most common source is vinegar. It can also be prepared by oxidation of aldehydes and aerobic fermentation of carbohydrates. Anything you can let sour, as long as it'll undergo alcoholic fermentation first. Usually it's been vinegar, that is, sour wine. Acetic acid bacteria (AAB) are a group of Gram-negative bacteria which oxidize sugars or ethanol and produce acetic acid during fermentation. The acetic acid bacteria consist of 10 genera in the family Acetobacteraceae.

C. Moral Suasion:

Moral suasion refers to the persuasion and pressure which central bank exert on the member banks in order to follow its directives. These are generally not ignored by the member banks as it comes directly from the upper authority. The banks are advised to restrict the flow of credit during inflation and be liberal in lending during deflation

are known as gifted i.e., they enjoy exceptional intelligence, exceptional talent and exceptional

creativity.

It was launched in 1970 by the National Dairy Development Board as a part of Operation Flood which is the world’s largest integrated Dairy Development Programme. Dr Varghese Kurien is considered as the father of White Revolution in India. The following are the significant benefits of the revolution –

• Increase in milk production – production of around 140 metric tons of milk in 2013-14 has enabled India to become the largest milk producing country in the world.

• Increase in rural employment and income of farmers – Increase in animal husbandry has enabled the employment of the landless and marginal farmers and rural women. It has also increased the income of rural households.

• Impact on urban areas – milk supply has increased in urban areas as the rural areas practicing animal husbandry found a ready market.

• Improvement of cattle breed – the white revolution included the proper management of the animals and prevention of diseases in them thereby improving the cattle breed in India.
