Therapeutic proteins as drug substance may be provided in individual containers prior to the formulation/filling process. To ensure homogeneity, the therapeutic protein may need to be gently mixed in a vessel prior to filling. In this case, mixing may be necessary. Different types of methods utilized for mixing the material may be employed. Examples of mixing techniques include impellers on a shaft with open processing, suspended impellers, or magnetic stir bars at the bottom of the mixing vessel. It is likely that the mixing process will need to be scaled down for testing in the laboratory. Impeller mixing as well as mixing with magnetic stir bars may be simulated at a small scale. The investigator should determine the appropriate mixing speeds that will be utilized in manufacturing and determine if these processes adversely affect the protein. Studies have been reported for therapeutic proteins that have been mixed using magnetic stir bars, and it was demonstrated that this type of mixing may induce aggregates

A general reserve is a reserve, which is created by appropriation of profits. It is created without any specific or particular purpose. When any amount is kept separate by a company out of its profit for future purpose then that is called as general reserves. In other words the general reserves are the retained earnings of a company which are kept aside out of company's profits to meet future (known or unknown) obligations. Reserve is the profit achieved by a company where a certain amount of it is put back into the business which can help the business in their rainy days. The preceding sentence may give the unwary reader the sense that this item is an asset, a debit balance. This is false. A reserve is always a credit balance.

We derived the expression of potential energy in terms of the angle made by the direction of the electric dipole moment and the direction of the external uniform electric field. We found that the potential energy is the negative of the dot product of dipole moment and the electric field.
The potential energy of interaction between dipoles is given by,
V=−4πϵ0r32P1P2
Here the dipole P1 is inclined to the dipole P2 at an angle θ,since the vertical component of P1 is perpendicular to P2 is zero i.e. P1sinθ is zero, taking horizontal component of P1 along P2 i.e. P1cosθ we get
V=−4πϵ0r32P1P2cosθ
V=−r32kP1P2cosθ..........(since, k=4πϵ01)

Raoult’s law states that a solvent’s partial vapour pressure in a solution (or mixture) is equal or identical to the vapour pressure of the pure solvent multiplied by its mole fraction in the solution.
Mathematically, Raoult’s law equation is written as;
Psolution = ΧsolventP0solvent
Where,
Psolution = vapour pressure of the solution
Χsolvent = mole fraction of the solvent
P0solvent = vapour pressure of the pure solvent

Biomolecules are the most essential organic molecules, which are involved in the maintenance and metabolic processes of living organisms. These non-living molecules are the actual foot-soldiers of the battle of sustenance of life. They range from small molecules such as primary and secondary metabolites and hormones to large macromolecules like proteins, nucleic acids, carbohydrates, lipids etc.

Factors responsible for Disintegration of U.S.S.R:
(i) Internal weaknesses of Soviet political and economic institutions. Economic stagnation for many years led to consumer shortages.
(ii) There was a huge economic burden as Soviet economy used much of its resources in maintaining a nuclear and military arsenal and the development of its satellite states in Eastern Europe and within the Soviet system (the five Central Asian republics in particular)
(iii) Ordinary citizens became more knowledgeable about the economic advancement of the West. After years of being told that the Soviet system was better than Western Capitalism, the reality of its backwardness came as a political and psychological shock.
(iv) Soviet Union became stagnant in an administrative and political sense as well.
(v) The Communist Party who ruled for over 70 year was not accountable to the people, ordinary people were alienated by slow and stifling administration, rampant corruption.

The basic differences between rural and urban settlements are as follows:
(i) The rural settlements derive their life support or basic economic needs from land based primary economic activities, whereas, urban settlements, depend on processing of raw materials and manufacturing of finished goods on the one hand and a variety of services on the other.
(ii) Cities act as nodes of economic growth, provide goods and services not only to urban dwellers but also to the people of the rural settlements in their hinterlands in return for food and raw materials. This functional relationship between the urban and rural settlements takes place through transport and communication network.
(iii) Rural and urban settlements differ in terms of social relationship, attitude and outlook. Rural people are less mobile and therefore, social relations among them are intimate. In urban areas, on the other hand, way of life is complex and fast, and social relations are formal.

Human Settlement is a form of human habitation which ranges from a single dowelling to large city. In other words, it is a process of opening up and settling of a previously uninhabited area by the people. People live in clusters of houses that might be a village, a town or a city. The study of human settlements is basic to human geography because the form of settlement in any particular region reflects human relationship with the environment.

A firm's net value added at FC is distributed as factor income in the form of rent, wages, interest and profit. Sum of rent, interest and profit (i.e., income from property and entrepreneurship) is called operating surplus.
Clearly, operating sulphus is zero :
(i) When loss to the firm is equal to sum of rent, interest and profit. In other words, income generated by the firm is just equal to compensation of employees
(ii) In general government enterprises and non-profit institutions serving households which do not earn income from property and entrepreneurship.
