    Toppr Hershey and Chase performed a series of experiments to prove that the DNA is the genetic material. They took bacteriophages that contained the radioactive sulphur and radioactive phosphorous.  The bacteriophages were then made to infect the bacterial cells and these cells were then studied. The cells that were infected with the radioactive sulphur had protein with radioactive sulphur and not the genetic material. The bacterial cells that were infected with the radioactive phosphorus and phosphorous in the cells. This lead Hershey and Chase to conclude that DNA is the genetic material.

    भाषा - साधारणतया इतिहकार किसी ग्रंथ का विश्लेषण करते समय उसकी भाषा और आकार को आधार बनाते हैं। परंतु महाभारत में प्रयुक्त संस्कृत वेदो और प्रशास्तियों की संस्कृत से सरल है। अत: यह संभव है कि इस ग्रन्थ को व्यापक स्तर पर समझा जाता था। विषयवस्तु - महाभारत की विषयवस्तु को इतिहासकार दो मुख्य शीर्षकों-आख्यान और अदेशात्मक के अंतर्गत रखतें हैं। आख्यान में कहानियों का संग्रह और उपदेशात्मक भाग में सामाजिक आचार-विचार के मानदंडों का चित्रण है। इतिहास - आरम्भिक संस्कृत परम्परा में महाभारत को 'इतिहास' की श्रेणी में रखा गया है। इतिहासकारों का मानना है कि स्वणनो के बीच हुए युद्ध की स्मृति ही महाभारत का मुख्य कथानक हैं।

    स्थापत्य कला का सर्वोत्कृष्ट उदाहरण मोहनजोदड़ो के दुर्ग में स्थित वृहद् स्नानागार या विशाल स्नानगृह है। वर्तमान समय में यह पाकिस्तान के सिंध प्रांत में आता है। इसे कुछ विद्वान् महाजलकुंड के नाम से संबोधित करते हैं। उत्तर से दक्षिण की ओर इसकी लंबाई 39 फीट (11.88 मीटर) तथा पूर्व से पश्चिम की ओर इसकी चौड़ाई 23 फीट (7 मीटर) है। इसकी गहराई 8 फीट (2.43 मीटर) है। नीचे तक पहुँचने के लिए इसमें पकी हुई पतली ईंटों से निर्मित सीढ़ियाँ बनाई गई हैं। स्नानागार का फर्श पकी ईंटों से बना है। इसके तीन तरफ कोठरियों युक्त बरामदे हैं तथा सम्भवत: इनके ऊपर दूसरी मंजिल भी रही होगी। स्नानागार में जल भरने तथा निकालने के लिए नालियों की व्यवस्था थी। यह स्नानागार संभवत: धार्मिक प्रयोजनों हेतु उपयोग में लाया जाता था। इसको बनाने में लगी शक्ति और ख़र्चे को देखकर यह पता चलता है कि यह मोहनजोदड़ो के निवासियों के लिए एक महत्वपूर्ण स्थल था।

    But jb studies ki baat aati h, don't worry and be consistent abhi bhi time h ye mid term sb kuch nhi h main boards h tb tk to ho hi jayega lekin krna padega , not that difficult i guarentee

    Corrections:- Problems are part of life and I understand sometimes it's hard to focus on studies because of that but don't waste your more time thinking about the time that you wasted , you still have plenty of time . You can prepare well , if you will manage to study 4-5 hours or atleast 3 hours a day from now daily , you can definitely score well just don't lose your hope , have faith in yourself and keep smiling:-)...     Problems are part of life and I understand sometimes it's hard to focus on studies because of that but don't waste your thinking about the time that you wasted , you still have plenty of time .
