Mr. Hamel was deeply pained at the order from Berlin. It stated the ban of teaching French. He loved France and French language from the innermost core of his heart. He was overwhelmed with deep emotions and looked different on the day of his last lesson. He wore the ceremonial dress. He addressed all as his children. He lost his usual courage and leaned against the wall when the wrote ‘school is closed, you may go.’

But this agreement has been collapsed, and the same I am saying,,,,, here we found that INDIA have more demand of china's goods than America which mean that we neec Yan more than Dollar.. So..why does yan is cheaper.... Mean i to say

Varun Sinha 4 years, 9 months ago

Currency value doesn't directly depends on Export and Import of goods... It depends on Currency's Demand and supply... You may have studied about Bretton Woods Agreement... Most of the payment across foreign countries are done using Dollar.... For example...agr Indian Govt. Japan se kch import krti h toh wo payment dollar me krenge...waise naa toh hmara currency dollar h naa hi japan ka...then also we'll have to pay in Dollars..... How do we get dollars?? We usually but that currency from U.S. so that we can do payment to foreign countries.. I hope,i cleared your doubt.

Due to in PH5 the repulsion between lonepair-bondpair is more than that of bondpair-bondpair PH4+ ion

Yogita Ingle 4 years, 9 months ago

PH3(Phosphine) is a hydride of phosphorous. Phosphine is a gas and has pyramidal structure.Phosphorous involved sp3 hybridized.  Both PH4+ PH3 have sp3 hybridisation state for phosphorous.In PH4+, all the four orbitals are bonded, whereas in PH3, there is a lone pair electrons on phosphorous inPH4+, the H-P-H bond angle is tetrahedral angle of 109.50. But in PH3, lone pair-bond pair repulsion is more than bond pair- bond pair repulsion so, that bond angles become less than normal tetrahedral angle. The bond angle in PH3 is about 93.60

Finance and credit are the two essential requirements for rural development. The rural areas often suffer from low income leading to low rate of savings. Farmers find it very difficult to increase their productivity by investing on their farm lands. Further, the limited number of banks that are available in the rural areas prefer to forward credit to the farmers with large land-holdings. Getting credit from banks being difficult, the small and marginal farmers fall easy prey to the money lenders. The infusion of credit is very essential for the growth of agricultural sector, leading to rural economic development. The importance of credit in rural development is highlighted in the following points:

1. Credit helps the farmers to commercialise their farming. In other words, commercial farming requires funds that are provided via credit. As the small and the marginal farmers produce only for their subsistence, they fail to generate sufficient surplus to reinvest on their lands leading to degradation of the land.

2. Secondly, given the long gestation period between sowing and harvesting of the crops, credit is extended to the farmers for meeting their initial requirements of farm inputs like seeds, fertilisers, etc.

3. Credit saves the farmers from the vicious circle of poverty. The farmers require funds for meeting their general and specific needs. These needs are to be fulfilled via credit.

4. Lastly, agriculture has always been dependent at the vagaries of climate. In the absence of good monsoon or crop failure, farmers are worst hurt. Thus, in order to save them from such tragedy, crop insurance and farm credit plays a vital role.

Indicators are: 1. Gross National Product (GNP) 2. Per capita availability and consumption 3. Poverty ratio

Yogita Ingle 4 years, 9 months ago

Economic productivity forms an integral part of human development, thus. Gross National Product (GNP) and per capita availability are taken as measures to assess the resources base/endowment of any country.

On one side India’s GDP at current prices (₹ 3200 thousand crores ) and its per capita income (₹ 20813) are showing an impressive development in India in terms of resource base. But on the other side, the existence of poverty deprivation, malnutrition, illiteracy and different prejudices like caste, religion and gender discrimination are showing a different face of economic achievements.

Variation in Per Capita Income
The spatial pattern of per capita income is uneven.

  • States having high per capita income (More than ₹ 4000 per year at 1980-81 prices) Maharashtra, Punjab, Haryana, Gujarat and Delhi.
  • States having low per capita income ( Less than ₹ 2000 per year) Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Odisha, Madhya Pradesh, Assam, Jammu and Kashmir, etc.

Importance of delegation
1. Effective management: By delegation, managers pass their routine work to their subordinates. So they get more time to concentrate on more important matters. This will help them to excel in new areas and be more efficient and effective.
2. Employee development: In the process of management, the work is passed on to the employees. This gives them opportunity to use their talents and increases their experience. It makes them better leaders and decision makers. Thus delegation helps in preparing better future managers.
3. Motivation of employees: When a superior passes on the responsibility to his subordinate, it is not merely sharing work but also sharing trust. This develops a feeling of belongingness and commitment for the subordinate. It improves his confidence and he feels encouraged to improve his performance.
4. Facilitation of growth: While passing on a responsibility and authority managers have to take care of the qualification and capability of the employee. This division of work and specialization provides a ready work force to take the leading position in a new venture and thus help in the expansion of the enterprise.
5. Basis of management hierarchy: Delegation establishes authority responsibility relationships between employees. The degree and flow of authority determines who is to report to whom. It also decides the power enjoyed by each job position in the organization.
6. Better coordination: Authority, responsibility and accountability help to define the powers, duties and answerability related to various job positions in an organization. This helps to avoid overlapping and duplication of efforts and thus helps in maintaining coordination amongst departments and functions of management.Importance of delegation
