    I. The following items of food were available to the people in Harappan cities:
    1. Grains such as wheat, barley, lentil, chickpea and sesame, Millets (found from sites in Gujarat), Rice (although its find is very rare). etc.
    2. Meat of cattle, sheep, goat, buffalo, pig.
    3. Meat of wild species like deer, boar, gharial etc.
    4. Plants and their products.

    II. Identification of groups who would have provided the items of food:
    1. Farmers would have provided the grains.
    2. As cattle , sheep, goat, buffalo etc were domesticated Harappans themselves would have provided the meat.
    3. Regarding the meat of wild species of animals we are not sure how Harappans procured it but we can guess that it could be either hunting communities or most probably some of the Harappans themselves hunted the different animals.
    4.  For plants and their products Harappan themselves would have gathered it.

    1. सीमा विवाद 1.चीन के 1962 के युद्ध में भारत के बहुत बड़े भूभाग पर अधिकार कर लिया था। चीन लद्दाख के अक्साई चीन वाले इलाके पर दावा ठोकता है। चीन अरुणाचल प्रदेश के कुछ इलाकों को अपना बताता है। 2. चीन ने 1950 में तिब्बत को हड़प लिया और वहा पर चीनियों को बसाना शुरू कर दिया।शुरुवात में भारत ने इसका खुले तौर पर विरोध नही किया था। 3.1959 में दलाई लामा ने भारत में शरण मांगी थी । तत्कालीन प्रधानमंत्री जवाहर लाल नेहरु ने दलाई लामा को शरण दे दी। इस बात से चीन बोकला गया। चीन ने इसे अंदुरूनी दखलंदाजी बताया और साथ ही साथ पंच शील समझौते का उल्लंघन बताया। 4.1957*1959 तक चीन ने अक्साई चीन में एक सड़क का निर्माण किया । 5. चीन ने अंग्रेज़ी सेना द्वारा निर्धारित सीमा रेखा को मानने से इंकार कर दिया। 6. चीन अपनी 2 महत्काशी नीतियों चाइना पकिस्तान इकॉनिमिक कॉरिडोर और वन बेल्ट वन रोड के दरिए भारत को चारो ओर से घेरना चाहता है। 7. वर्तमान में दोनो देशों के बीच संबंध काफी नाजुक है। दोनो के बीच हाल ही में एक सैन्य संघर्ष हुआ था। इन संघर्ष में कई भारतीय सैनिको ओर चीनी सैनिकों शहीद हुए थे।

    जिन पांच मुद्दों पर दोनों के बीच सहमति बनी, वो हैं भारत और चीन के बीच संबंध बढ़ाने को लेकर दोनों पक्ष नेताओं के बीच हुई सहमतियों से सलाह लेंगे. इसमें असहमतियों को तनाव का रूप अख्तियार नहीं करने देना भी शामिल है. दोनों नेताओं ने माना कि सीमा को लेकर मौजूदा स्थिति दोनों पक्षों के हित में नहीं है.

    Land productivity indicates the land's capacity to support and sustain life and is beneficial for ascertaining land degradation

    EXPLANATION:

    Land productivity is dependent on numerous factors such as its natural qualities, that is if the land is leveled and flat, it will be more productive than an undulant land; irrigation means also impact the land productivity.

    Lands depending on canals, tanks, tube wells, and so on are more productive than lands which depend on rainfall; lands located near the marketplace is more productive than lands situated in distant areas, since lands situated near the market needs less money and time to transport the produce to the market; land productivity also depends on its proper utilization; if enhancements such as hedging, irrigation channels, consolidation of land holdings, and so on are done on lands, its productivity rises; if enhanced methods of cultivation such as fertilizers, mechanized plows, quality seeds, and so are used land productivity increases; the efficiency of labor is another determining factor for land productivity.

    If labor is effectual in sowing seeds, cutting crops, spraying pesticides, watering plants, and so on at the correct time, land productivity increases; agricultural policies of the govt. also impacts the land productivity. If govt. passes laws for consolidating holdings, passing land ownership to cultivators, regulating land rents, abolishing intermediaries, and so on land productivity increases. Likewise, land productivity increases if the govt. backs and supports research in agriculture and offers credit facilities to agriculturists.
