    Physiological Effects: When the human body is placed under physical or psychological stress, it increases the production of certain hormones such as adrenaline and Cortisol. It causes:

    • Changes in heart-rate, blood-pressure levels, metabolism and physical activity.

    • Slowing down of digestive system.

    • Constriction of blood vessels.

    Cognitive Effects: High levels of stress can lead to:

    • Mental overload.

    • Impairment in the ability to make sound decision.

    Emotional Effects: Those who suffer from stress are more likely to experience:

    The original and genuine story of Mahabharata was written by bhat sharthi (charioteer). He went to battle fied with Kshatriya warrior's. He wrote poetries on Kshatriya warrior's victory and achievements. These poetries spoken orally . In 500BCE brahamans had overtaken on these rules and regulations. This time was that when kuru and panchala kingdom emerged as a monarchical society. During 200BCE to 200Ad "Shri Krishna Govind" recognised as a main hero of Mahabharata. During 200 BCE to 400AD many shlokas (lyrics ) added in Mahabharata. In starting only 10000 lyrics were included in Mahabharata but now 100000 lyrics in Mahabharata. Maharshi ved vyas is the writer of Mahabharata in literature . Mahabharata consists of 18 chapters.

This thought completely shatters a calm and composed man like M. Hamel. He tries his level best to remain calm and unruffled but breaks down at the end. His performance during the last lesson is exemplary. He is kind even to a latecomer like Franz. He uses a solemn and gentle tone while addressing the students. He has a logical mind and can analyse problems and deduce the reasons responsible for it. He feels grief-stricken at the fact that people became indifferent to learning French. He charms them to keep their language alive. Hamel is a patriot in the real sense. He regards the mother tongue to be a means of holding one’s identity and self-respect. He knows the emotional hold of a language over its users. He is a good communicator and explains everything patiently. Partings are painful and being human, M. Hamel too is no exception. He fails to say goodbye as his throat is choked. ‘Good teachers are rarity.     Actually during my revisions I had a doubt b/w phimosis and blapitis so was a bit confused I searched everywhere but was not able to find.Because I ve heard that many people with phimosis and blapitis loose their reproductivity atleast 4% of them so was a bit confused..
