We know that current = 0.5 ampere ,   time= 2h

Q (coulomb) = 1 (ampere) {tex} \times {/tex} t (sec)
= 0.5 ampere {tex} \times 2 \times 60 \times 60{/tex}
= 3600 C
A flow of 1 F, i.e. 96500 C is equivalent to flow of 1 mole of electrons
i.e. {tex}6.023 \times {10^{23}}{/tex} electrons
3600 C is equivalent to flow of electrons {tex} = \frac{{6.02 \times {{10}^{23}}}}{{96500}} \times 3600 = 3.246 \times {10^{22}}{/tex}electrons

I=0.5 t=2h=2×60×60=7200 I=q/t Where Q=ne So I=ne/t 0.5=n×1.6×10*-19/7200 3600×10*22/16 2.25×10*22
