DNA is more stable than rna because firstly DNA has one oh group while rna has two . More the number of functional group more is the reactivity and less is stability. Secondly in DNA a binds with t which is stable base while in rna a binds with u which is unstable. Hence DNA is more stable .

Many proteins have a quaternary structure, which consists of several polypeptide chains that associate into an oligomeric molecule. Each polypeptide chain in such a protein is called a subunit. ... Many protein molecules are composed of more than one subunit, where each subunit is a separate polypeptide chain and can form a stable folded structure by itself. For direct nitration of aniline, nitration mixture is prepared which consists of H2SO4 and HNO3, both being acids. Aniline is a base. When they react acid base neutralization takes place and salt is formed.
