Legacy refers to property received by virtue of a will of a person after his death. Acquisition of such property by an institution is regarded as capital receipt. Hence it will not appear in Income & Expenditure Account. Properties or cash received on account of Legacy is shown on asset side on-the balance sheet on one hand and on the other hand it is added to the capital fund account on the liabilities side of the balance sheet.

The reasons:
(i) The Congress was the only party to have organisation spread all over the country.
(ii) It had inherited the legacy of national movement.
(iii) The party had Jawaharlal Nehru the most popular and charismatic leader in Indian politics.
(iv) Congress was all inclusive- a social and ideological coalition.
OR
reasons for the dominance of the Congress Party in the first three general
elections in India:
i) The Congress Party had inherited the legacy of the National Movement.
Moreover, it was the only political party to have an organisation spread all over
the country.
ii) The Congress Party had the most popular and charismatic leader in Nehruji. The
party got 364 of the 489 seats in the first Lok Sabha elections and finished way
ahead of any other challenger.
iii) It was already a well-organised party and till other parties could reach up to
their level, Congress had already begun with its campaigning. This gave the
party ‘first off the blocks’ advantage.
iv) By the time the country was independent, the party had spread its wings to the
local level.
v) In the second and third general elections held in 1957 and 1962, respectively,
the Congress Party kept its position intact in the Lok Sabha. This was due to the
First Past the Post system followed in our electoral process.
In this way, the Congress ruled all over the country at the national and state levels.

According to Rutherford model, there is a positively charged centre in an atom called the nucleus and the electron present in nucleus revolve aroun it, in well- defined orbits. But, since an electron is charged particle. Thus, while revolving around the nucleus it lose energy and finally fall into the nucleus. If this were so, the atom should be highly unstable and hence matter would not exist in the form that we know.

The animals have a developed ways to cope with the deep ocean's intense water pressure. This force, which is the result of the weight of a column of water pushing down, is so strong in the bathypelagic zone that it would crush anything with air in it. That would be a problem for most fish, since many of them have a gas-filled organ called a swim bladder a large, thin-walled sac in some fishes that may function in several ways, e.g., as a buoyant float, a sound producer and receptor, and a respiratory organ. that helps them stabilize their bodies at different water depths. But many deep-sea fish have adapted to life without a swim bladder. Without the bladders, deep-sea fishes don't have gas spaces in them that would cause them to get crushed.
