Humoral Immunity Or Antibody Mediated Immune System (AMIS):
1. It consists of B-lymphocytes which produce the antibodies that circulate in the body fluids.
2. It defends the body against viruses and bacteria.

Cell Mediated Immunity Or Cell Mediated Immune System (CMIS):

अकबर के धार्मिक विचार: प्रारंभ से ही अकबर के विचार उदार, व्यापक और महान थे। कालांतर में विभिन्न धर्मों को मानने वाले विद्वान, संत, धर्मगुरू आदि के संपर्क में आने का अवसर उसे मिला; जैसे -हिंदुओं के पुरुषोत्तम और देवी; जैन धर्म के हरिविजय सूरी, विजय सेन सूरी, भानु चंद्र उपाध्याय जिनचंद्र, पारसी धर्म के दस्तूर मेंहर जी राणा आदि; जिनका प्रभाव उसके ऊपर पड़ा और उसका दृष्टीकोन उदार होता गया। इनके अतिरिक्त सिक्ख गुरुओं में गुरु अमरदास, गुरु अर्जुन देव, ईसाई पादरी फादर मान्सुरेट आदि से भी उनकी भेंट हुई थी। इस प्रकार, अकबर ने सभी धर्मों से अच्छी बातों को सीख कर और उसमें धार्मिक सहनशीलता बढ़ती गई। वास्तव में, अकबर प्रारंभ से ही धर्म के प्रति धर्मांध ना होकर जिज्ञासु था।
