Because iron is more reactive than copper (see in electro chemical series) so iron easily displaces the copper from the solution...

When a strong ligand is present in complex compound then it shifts the electron present in d - orbital and then the d orbital i empty due to shifting of electrons so hybridization becomes d^2sp^3 and it has less no of unpaired electrons that's why square planar are low spin complex... But in tetrahedral structure weak Ligand is present in complex compound so it can't displaces the electron so it has large number of unpaired electrons present in d - orbital that's why it has high spin complex..

प्रातों का विभाजन - आजादी के समय भारत और पाकिस्तान दोनों प्रांतों का विभाजन संप्रदाय के आधार पर किया गया।इससे सांप्रदायिक तनाव उत्पन्न हुआ।
रियासतों का विलय -आजादी के समय 565 रजवाड़े थे। उनका विलय करना महत्वपूर्ण विषय था। सभी रियासतों को अपने स्वेच्छा से भारत अथवा पाकिस्तान में विलय करना था या स्वतंत्र रह सकते थे।
विस्थापितों की समस्या - पाकिस्तान में बसे हिन्दूओं को भारत में आना था वहीं मुस्लिमों को पाकिस्तान में जाना था। इसने विस्थापितों की समस्या को जन्म दिया।
खाद्यान्न संकट -आजादी के समय प्रांत के बंटवारे के साथ-साथ सभी संसाधनों का भी बंटवारा हुआ ।इसस खाद्यान्न संकट का सामना लोगों को करना पड़ा।
