Multiple ovulation embryo transfer

Kriti Sharma 6 years ago

Hi.............. M O ET ..........multiple ovulation embryo transfer Technology this is very simple as the name suggest ...............multiple ovulation means many eggs and many eggs can be produced very obvious by the application of hormones like fsh.......... so a cow is given hormone fsh to induce folicular naturation then there is a production of 6 to 8 eggs instead of one egg .........now cow is mated with a elite Bull or artificial inseminated........... the fertilized eggs when reach 8 to 32 celled stage are transferred to the surrogate mother .............why surrogate mother because the original cow now becomes ready for one more super ovulation cycle......... again fsh activity ..........again so much of eggs and again mating then comes transferring to the surrogate mother.....????

Gaurav Seth 6 years ago

Multiple Ovulation Embryo Transfer Technology (MOET) It is a procedure used in advanced cattle breeding. It involves a superovulation programme in which the donor cow is administered hormones to induce follicular maturation. Instead of one egg, they produce 6-8eggs during a natural heat. The donor cow is artificially inseminated. The fertilised eggs at 8-32 celled stages, are recovered non-surgically and transferred to surrogate mothers. This technology is used to increase the herd size in a short time.

Balance of Payment is the record of statements of economic transactions of a country with the rest of the world. In this way, it records the inflow of foreign exchange into the country and the outflow of foreign exchange from the country and thereby, reflects the demand for foreign exchange as against its supply. This is reflected in the current account and capital account of BOP. For instance, a deficit in the current account implies that the exports of the goods and services fall short of the import of goods and services. However, the export of goods and services reflect the supply of foreign exchange, on the other hand, the import of goods and services reflect the demand for foreign exchange. In this way, imports being greater than exports (current account deficit) implies demand for foreign exchange exceeds the supply of foreign exchange.

Parthenocarpy is the natural or artificially induced production of fruit without fertilization of ovules, which makes the fruit seedless. Stenospermocarpy may also produce apparently seedless fruit, but the seeds are actually aborted while they are still small. Parthenocarpy (or stenospermocarpy) occasionally occurs as a mutation in nature; if it affects every flower the plant can no longer sexually reproduce but might be able to propagate by apomixis or by vegetative means. In some plants, pollination or another stimulation is required for parthenocarpy, termed stimulative parthenocarpy. Plants that do not require pollination or other stimulation to produce parthenocarpic fruit have vegetative parthenocarpy. Seedless cucumbers are an example of vegetative parthenocarpy, seedless watermelon is an example of stenospermocarpy. So  these fruits are formed without fertilization'.

Money supply has two components: Currency and demand deposits with commercial banks. Currency is issued by the central bank, while deposits are created by commercial banks by lending money to the people. In this way, commercial banks also create money. Commercial banks lend money mainly to investors. The rise in investment in the economy leads to rise in national Income through the multiplier effect.

Pollens are exploited by humans ...................... as pollen grains are great sources of energy and so they in the form of tablets are exploited by humans.................. mainly sports players which requires a lot of energy ..............storage of Pollen grains in Pollen banks by taking advantage of that hard layer exine which is made up of sporopollenin........... which preserves it for longer period of time............ so that their viability is not lost and can be used future..........??????

Riya Rana 6 years ago

Bcoz now they are used for other purposes by humans such as using them as food suplements since they have high nutritive value. It is confirmed by them that taking pollen tablets show an increase in the sports performance. Humans have also created pollen banks where pollens are stored by cryopreservation in -196℃ in liquid nitrogen so that they do not lose there viability in less time and can be used in coming future.

PCR.................. polymerase Chain Reaction................. basically in this we just want to create many DNA copies ok................ so first step that we are doing is ..................denaturation.......... that is we are separating both the strands of DNA by the application of high temperature.................. now we cannot just put all the primers in one go................. and make new DNA .................primers are added slowly in small small amount ...........that process is called annealing.................. then they become a long chain of nucleotides...................... DNA is not prepared in one go we need to put some primers Anneal them .....................and they will undergo polymerization to form complete dna strand...........???

Yogita Ingle 6 years ago

  • Annealing is the process of pairing of primers with complimentary base sequences of the two separated strands.
  • Primers are single strand sequences of DNA or RNA around 20 to 30 bases in length.
  • They serve as the starting point for the synthesis of DNA.

Poora saal kya kiya hai

Yogita Ingle 6 years ago

Goods which are within the boundary line of production with it value yet to be added and are unavailable for uses by their final users are called intermediate goods.
These goods are consumed by another firm and are used as intermediate goods in the production process or for further sale. For example, papers purchased by newspaper agency for printing news are intermediate goods.
Value of intermediate goods is merged with the value of final goods. Here the value of intermediate good is not included in the estimation of national income.
