The exine is made up of sporopollenin, which is one of the most resistant organic material. The intine layer is made up of cellulose and pectin materials. The exine is hard and hence protects the pollen grains during adverse conditions. Exine provide protection. The exine is developed through the contribution of the early microspore cytoplasm and the inner anther wall cell layer, the tapetum, which plays a dominant role in the synthesis and deposition of sporopollenin on the pollen grain outer surface.

may it help you Explanation: सोवियत संघ, २६ दिसम्बर १९९१ को विघटित घोषित हुआ। इस घोषणा में सोवियत संघ के भूतपूर्व गणतन्त्रों को स्वतन्त्रत मान लिया गया। विघटन के पूर्व मिखाइल गोर्वाचेव , सोवियत संघ के राष्ट्रपति थे। विघटन की घोषणा के एक दिन पूर्व उन्होने पदत्याग दिया था। विघटन की इस प्रक्रिया आरम्भ आम तौर पर गोर्वाचेव के सत्ता ग्रहण करने के साथ जोड़ा जाता है। वास्तव में सोवियत संघ के विघटन की प्रक्रिया बहुत पहले शुरू हो चुकी थी। सोवियत संघ के निपात के अनेक बुनियादी एवं ऐतिहासिक कारण हैं जो सतही नजर डालने पर नहीं दिखते। १९८९ में सोवियत संघ से निअकले विभिन्न भाग 1917 में बोल्शेविक क्रांति ने सोवियत संघ नामक एक नए साम्यवादी राज्य को जन्म दिया। इसी के साथ सोवियत संघ ने आरंभ में ही स्पष्ट कर दिया कि राजनीतिक व्यवस्था और साम्यवादी संगठन समाजवादी विचारधारा पर आश्रित होगे तथा साम्यवादी मार्क्सवादी विश्व दर्शन ही राष्ट्रहित को परिभाषित करने की एक मात्र कसौटी होगा। यह स्वाभाविक था कि इस क्रांतिकारी साम्यवादी राज्य को पूँजीवादी पश्चिमी राज्यों ने अपना जन्मजात शत्रु समझा। 1920 एवं 30 के दशक में लेनिन की मृत्यु के बाद स्टालिन ने अपने को सर्वोच्च नेता के रूप में स्थापित किया और उस देश में साम्यवादी पाटी की तानाशाही स्थापित हो गई। स्टालिन ने अपने विरोधियों का बर्बरता से उन्मूलन व दमन किया। इस कारण सोवियत संघ की पहचान जनतंत्र का हनन करने वाले एक राज्य के रूप में होने लगी। आगे स्टालिन की मृत्यु के बाद भी खुश्चेव तथा ब्रेजनेव के शासन में तानाशाही प्रवृत्तियाँ मौजूद रही। नागरिक स्वतंत्रता, प्रशासन, विदेश यात्रा आदि पर प्रतिबंध जारी रहे। एक तरीके से लोक भावना पर "लोहे के पर्दे" डाल दिए गए थे। 'सर्वहारा के अधिनायकत्व' का अर्थ ही थी कि सत्ता सर्वहारा वर्ग के हाथ में हो। मेहनतकश जनता के बुनियादी अधिकारों की गारंटी तथा राज्य की नीतियों के निर्माण में उनकी भागीदारी को सुनिश्चित करना ही समाजवादी प्रजातंत्र का सारतत्व था। सोवियत यूनियन ने इस प्रजातंत्र की स्थापना का प्रयास नहीं किया। जिसके फलस्वरूप “सर्वहारा वर्ग का अधिनायकत्व” सर्वहारा वर्ग पर राज्य व पार्टी में शीर्ष स्थानों पर आसीन नेताओं के अधिनायकत्व में बदल गया। जनता राज्य तथा व्यवस्था के प्रति उदासीन हो गई। उसकी उदासीनता एवं आक्रोश इस सीमा तक पहुँच गई, कि जब व्यवस्था का अंत किया गया तो उसके बचाव में जनता के किसी भी हिस्से से एक स्वर भी नहीं फ
