Main Sources of Indian Constitution—
1. The Government of India Act, 1935: Indian Constitution is mainly based on the Government of India Act, 1935. This Act had accepted many of the demands of the Indian National Congress i.e., provincial autonomy, parliamentary system, federal system, federalcourt, etc. When we got freedom we were accustomed of the administrative set up under this Act and we changed the provisions of the Act according to our requirement and suitability in the new Constitution. Thus about two-thirds of Indian Constitution is derived from the Act of 1935.
2. British Constitution: Many of the provisions of the Constitution have been taken from the British Constitution. Parliamentary system is on British pattern except that in India, we have opted for a President as Head of the State, not a king. Our procedure of law making, single citizenship, single integrated judiciary are based on British Constitution. Thus British Constitution is also a big source of Indian Constitution.
3. American Constitution: Idea of Preamble to the Constitution was derived from the American Constitution. Declaration of Fundamental Rights in the Constitution, provision of Judicial Review are also derived from the American Constitution. Preamble to the Indian Constitution and the position of Indian Supreme Court, and those of American Constitution are similar.
4. Constitution of Canada: Our Federal structure is similar to that of Canada. Like Canadian Constitution, we have a more powerful centre than the states and have given residuary powers to the Central Government. Our federal system is not based on American pattern.

| Castes are perceived as hereditary groups with a fixed ritual status according to Max Weber’s phraseology | A person’s Class is based on social status, wealth and power acquired, level of education and other achievements. |
| A person belonging to certain caste has to follow certain traditions, rituals and customs | A person belonging to a certain class is not bound by customs, rituals or traditions. |
| According to Sociologists such as Louis Dumon and Edmund Leach, caste is unique to the Indian sub-continent | Classes are usually found in highly industrialized countries located in Europe, North America. |
| Inter caste marriage leads to disputes between family members and members of different castes. | If there is a marriage between two people belonging to different classes, it does not evoke any kind of disputes between members of different Class. |

Reflection of Light: The phenomenon of bouncing back of light into the same medium by the smooth surface is called reflection.
Refraction of Light: The bending of light at the interface of two different mediums is called the Refraction of light.
- If the velocity of light in a medium is more, then the medium is called optical rarer.
For Example, air or vacuum is more optical rarer. - If the velocity of light in medium is less, then medium is called optical denser.
Example, glass is more denser than air.

Albert Einstein showed the sparks of genius even at a young age. His miserable years at school revealed how a talented creative mind feels trapped and cloistered in the rigid system of education. The classroom had no place for individual aspirations brilliance or aptitude. It discouraged Albert’s genius and originality.
Albert’s defiance is misunderstood by his teacher’s. His “unthinking honesty” is seen as a refusal to confirm to the education and not the learning of facts. His maths teacher had a high opinion of him. He said. “I can’t teach you more and probably you’ll soon be able to teach me’. Albert was humble and unassuming and he was uncomfortable with the excessive praise. The teacher seems to recognize Albert’s rare intellectual genius and his aptitude for maths.
Albert has an enquiring mind and a curious nature. He had a thirst for information and he liked to study books on science. He loved music and played his violin regularly. Albert had a frank and honest temperament and was quite sensitive and emotional. He was considered a rebel by most of his teachers. He did not compromise and adjust to the system of education which encouraged learning without understanding. For him, ideas and enquiry were more important than facts or dates. He was expelled from school for his views which did not match the existing pattern.

Comparatively, percent is much better and easier method than any other method of decimals, fractions, and ratios. We know the air in our atmosphere is a mixture of gases. On comparison of the amount of different gases present in 1 gram of air, we can observe percentage is the easiest way for comparison. A ratio is a comparison between two or more like quantities in the same units. This suggests that a ratio can be simplified by dividing its terms by the same number. Therefore: This suggests that the terms of a ratio can be multiplied by the same number.

Rights and duties are closely related and cannot be separated from one another. Both go side by side. These are the two sides of the same coin. If the state gives the right to life to a citizen, it also imposes an obligation on him to not to expose his life to dangers, as well as to respect the life of others.
"Rights and duties are two sides of the same coin. Our Constitution provides the fundamental right to freedom of speech and expression and it also enjoins upon citizens the duty to safeguard public property and to abjure violence. Therefore, if someone misconstrues the meaning of the freedom of speech and expression and is about to damage some public property, then another, who prevents him from indulging in such an act of violence and anarchy will be seen as a dutiful citizen," Kovind said.
Therefore, the President said, "we need to perform our duties and thereby create circumstances which would ensure effective protection of rights."
Addressing Parliamentarians, Kovind said developing the spirit of humanism is also a fundamental duty of citizens and that to serve with compassion towards all, is also inherent in this duty.
