If Tan A = 3/4, then find the other trigonometric ratio of angle A.
sol) Tan A = Opposite side = 3
Adjacent side 4
.^., opposite side : adjacent side = 3:4
For angle A,
opposite side = BC=3k
Adjacent side =AB=4k(where k is any +ve no)
Now, we have in triangle ABC( by Pythagoras theorem)

AC^2 = AB^2 + BC^2
=>(3k)^2 + (4k)^2 = 25k^2
AC = √25k^2
=> 5k = Hypotenuse
Now,we can easily write the other ratios of trigonometry
sin A = 3k = 3
5k 5
cos A = 4k = 4
5k 5
cosec A = 1 = 5
sin A 3
sec A = 1 = 5
cos A 4
cot A = 1 = 4
tan A 3

Calculation of Velocity using distance-time graph:

To calculate the velocity, let take two points A and B on the slope OB.
Draw one line parallel to y-axis and another parallel to x-axis from B.

Again draw a line parallel to y-axis and another parallel to x-axis from point A.
Let, line parallel to x-axis from point B cut at a point, S2 at y-axis.
Line parallel to x-axis from point A cut at point, S1 at y-axis.
Let, line parallel to y-axis from point B cut at t2 at x-axis.
Line parallel to y-axis from point A cut at t1 at x-axis.
Now, BC= Distance = S2 – S1 and AC = time = t2 – t1

We know that slope of the graph is given by the ratio of change in y-axis and change in X-axis.
Or, Slope = (text{Change in y-axis})/(text{Change in x-axis})`
Thus, slope, AB=BCACAB=BCAC
Or, v=s2−s1t2−t1v=s2-s1t2-t1
Where, vv= velocity, (s2−s1)(s2-s1) = interval of distance and (t2−t1)(t2-t1) = time interval
Thus, velocity=DistanceTimevelocity=DistanceTime

Affirmative sentences are sentences that give a positive sense, as opposed to negative sentences. They tell us what something or something has, does, or is. For example,
He is a doctor. (Tells us what someone is)
My uncle has a big house. (Tells us what someone has)
She danced with me. (Tells us what someone does)
Affirmative sentences are the opposite of negative sentences. Negative sentences tell us what something or something doesn’t have, can’t do, or isn’t.

You should listen to her. |

The water of crystallization means having a fixed number of molecules present in one formula of a unit of salt. Crystal salts with water of crystallization are known as hydrates. The other names of water crystallization are crystallization water or water of hydration.
The water of crystallization is caused by forming purified crystals from an aqueous solution. These crystals do not include contaminants. These crystals are easily affected by the heat.
Examples of water of crystallization are proteins with more than 50% of the water of crystallization and copper sulfate pentahydrate with five molecules of water of crystallization.

Differences between Ancient, Medieval and Modern History
| Ancient History | Medieval History |
Modern History |
| 6000 BC – 650 AD | 500 AD – 1500 AD | 500 AD-Present Day |
| This era of human history saw widespread use of bronze and iron tools leading to the formation of composite human societies that eventually evolved to large empires | There were many advances in science and other technological advances such as the invention of gunpowder and increased trade between Asia and Europe | The technological advances would usher in a new era of enlightenment with new systems of government overcoming the old systems |
| The term “classical antiquity” is often confused with Ancient History when in fact it is used to describe the time period in Western History when Ancient Mediterranean Civilisations prospered | In Europe, Medieval History is also referred to as the “Dark Ages” as many records were lost due to the chaos following the fall of the western half of the Roman Empire | Contemporary history is either a subset of the late modern period, or it is one of the three major subsets of modern history, alongside the early modern period and the late modern period. The term contemporary history has been in use at least since the early 19th century. |
| It is estimated that the world population stood at around 72 million at around 1000 BC. By 500 AD it stood around by 209 Million | The world population rose from 210 million in 500 AD to 461 million in 1500 AD | The world population rose from 460 million in 1500 AD to 7 billion as of 2020 AD |
| Significant events of this era include the rise of the Greek Kingdoms, rise and fall of the Indus Valley Civilization and establishment of international trade networks. | Although the Dark Ages have said to begin with the fall of the Roman Empire in the West in 476 AD, the invasion of Italy by its Eastern half (known as the Byzantine Empire) in 534 AD is said to be the true beginning of a period marked by anarchy and disorder | The Renaissance of the 15th and 16th centuries heralded the beginning of the modern period as we know it today. This period was marked by a remarkable advancement in learning, medicine, technology and exploration. |

Olympic flag is made of white silk and contains five interlocking rings/circles in five colours representing five continents of the world namely America, Europe, Australia, Asia and Africa.
The rings are five interlocking rings, coloured blue, yellow, black, green and red on a white field, known as the "Olympic rings". The symbol was originally created in 1913 by Coubertin. He appears to have intended the rings to represent the five continents: Europe, Asia, Africa, The Americas, and Oceania.

The Battle of Plassey was fought between the forces of the Nawab of Bengal Siraj-ud-Daulah and the English East India Company, led by Robert Clive. It was fought on 23 June 1757 at Plassey near Murshidabad. A major portion of the 50,000 strong army of the Nawab was controlled by Mir Jafar who was hand in gloves with the British. His men did not join the battle at a crucial time. As a result, the Nawab’s men suffered heavy casualties and he himself left the battlefield after the death of his commander Mir Madan. This was a major blow to the Nawab’s army which was, as a result, easily defeated by the British. Later, the Nawab himself was caught and killed, and Mir Jafar was instituted as the new Nawab of Bengal

The young trees are personified in the poem. They seem to be running in the opposite direction when seen through the window of the moving car. The movement is juxtaposed with the expression on the mother’s face i.e. ashen like a corpse. The movement of the children and the trees is in stark contrast with the stillness associated with the mother.
