Lysosomes
The sac-like structures in a cell surrounded by membrane are called lysosomes.
They keep the cells clean by digesting and breaking the outside materials like bacteria, food entering the cell or worn-out cell organelles into small pieces.
They can digest these organic materials due to the presence of strong digestive enzymes that can brreak down organic compounds. Therefore, lysosome is also known as a suicide sac.
Many scientists believe that lysosomes are not present in plant cells and their function of lysosomes in plants is performed by vacuole.

Company form of business organisation suffers from the following limitations :
1.Complexity in formation : The formation of a company is a very time consuming, expensive and complex process. It involves a lot of documentation, legal formalities, etc.
2.Lack of secrecy : The Companies Act has made it compulsory for a public company to provide a lot of information to the public as well as to the office of the Registrar of Companies from time to time. This makes it difficult for the company to maintain secrecy about its operations.
3.Impersonal work environment:Separation of ownership and management results in lack of motivation. Officers of the company may not take sufficient initiatives and personal efforts for the betterment of the company. Due to the large size of a company, it is very difficult for the top management to maintain personal contact with the employees, customers and creditors.

Indo-Gangetic plains are the most populated region of India. There are many factors responsible for it, they are –
a. Perennial supply of water- Availability of water throughout the year make agricultural activities possible all through the year and more than one crop cycle in a year possible to support the population.
b. A strong network of road and rail - Gangetic plains have a strong network of road and rail network that connect it to all the parts of the country. The comparatively flat surface of the Indo-Gangetic plains provides the ideal conditions to construct roads and lay railway lines.
c. Many agro-based industries are located in this region. Providing work to the people and attracting people from other parts in the region.
