The government can be accountable by framing and developing various laws and policies in which citizens can hold the government responsible if any of those policies and laws are not implemented or are held against the welfare of the citizens.
Reasons for democracy being accountable, responsive and legitimate Government
- The government can be responsible when people start taking actions when the government becomes insensitive about their aspirations.
- People can hold protests, carry out campaigns and organise rallies and force the government to respond to them.
- A democratic government is a legitimate government, as it is elected by citizens and enjoys the confidence and trust of the citizens.
- People have the right to choose their rulers and they have control over their rulers. Citizens can participate in decision making.
- Democracy makes the point that decision making is based on norms and procedures. So, a citizen who wants to know if a decision was taken through the correct procedures can find out this information.
- Citizens can take part in decision making whenever necessary.
- A democratic government is the people’s own government and it is run by the people.
- People wish to be ruled by representatives elected by them.

A computer's hardware is comprised of many different parts, but perhaps the most important of these is the motherboard. The motherboard is made up of even more parts that power and control the computer. In contrast to software, hardware is a physical entity.

Advantages of digital communication:
1. It is fast and easier.
2. No paper is wasted.
3. The messages can be stored in the device for longer times, without being damaged, unlike paper files that easily get damages or attacked by insects.
4. Digital communication can be done over large distances through internet and other things.
5. It is comparatively cheaper and the work which requires a lot of people can be done simply by one person as folders and other such facilities can be maintained.
6. It removes semantic barriers because the written data can be easily chaned to different languages using software.
7. It provides facilities like video conferencing which save a lot of time, money and effort.
Disadvantages:
1. It is unreliable as the messages cannot be recognised by signatures. Though software can be developed for this, yet the softwares can be easily hacked.
2. Sometimes, the quickness of digital communication is harmful as messages can be sent with the click of a mouse. The person oes not think and sends the message at an impulse.
3. Digital Communication has completely ignored the human touch. A personal touch cannot be established because all the computers will have the same font!
4. The establishment of Digital Communication causes degradation of the environment in some cases. "Electronic waste" is an example. The vibes given out by the telephone and cell phone towers are so strong that they can kill small birds. In fact the common sparrow has vanished due to so many towers coming up as the vibrations hit them on the head.
5. Digital Communication has made the whole wordl to be an "office." The people carry their work to places where they are supposed to relax. The whole world has been made into an office. Even in the office, digital communication causes problems because personal messages can come on your cell phone, internet, etc.

| Evaporation | Condensation |
| By definition, evaporation is a process where water changes into vapour. | Condensation is the opposite process where water vapour is converted to tiny droplets of water. |
| Evaporation occurs before a liquid reaches its boiling point. | Condensation is a phase change regardless of the temperature. |
| In terms of molecular movement, when a liquid is heated or when pressure is decreased the forces of attraction between molecules is low. The liquid then evaporates to a gas. | When a gas is cooled or when the pressure is increased the forces of attraction between molecules become strong. The gas then condenses to either a liquid or even a solid. |
| Evaporation can occur in all surfaces, at all times and at all places. Evaporation is frequent when the air is dry, hot and windy. | Condensation takes place on salt, hygroscopic nuclei-pollen grains, carbon particles etc.when air temperature is decreased beyond the level of saturation. |
| Evaporation usually takes place in low altitudes. | Condensation happens mainly at higher altitudes. |
| When evaporation takes place energy is consumed. | In the process of condensation energy is released. |

Among different components of mixture there are many substances which are harmful or not useful for us. To remove these harmful or unuseful components we need to separate them. For example:
(a) Tea leaves are separated from the liquid with a strainer while preparing tea.
(b) Stone pieces from wheat, rice or pulses are picked out by hand.
