It seems rather unreal but most people have experienced fear, threat, danger, pounding of the heart, tension of muscles, heightening of senses, and the tension in the mind mounting as if it would explode. These experiences are triggered by any number of situations, where our bodies go into a temporary state of what feels like high alert. This also has an adverse impact on our physical, mental, emotional, and social health. As stress is an inevitable part of our lives, it is necessary to arm ourselves with the necessary skills to counter stress. We must first acknowledge our stress and use strategies to help us cope better with it. We can engage in activities we enjoy. Physical exercise can be very effective in relieving stress. Spending more time on leisure activities such as sports, hobbies, or evening classes or even simple pleasures like listening to music can help one deal with stress.

Subject:- Organisation a blood camp in our school .
Respected sir,
This letter is to bring information about the blood donation camp in our school. I organized one camp this weekend with the help of friends and teacher of our school. We came together to spreading the awareness through pamphlets and leaflets. Poster for the same are available every where.My friend's parents organized the doctors .We will also check wheather the people the were healthy and suitable to donate blood . The response was overwhelming as different schools, colonies, colleges etc actively participant in this campaign.
I am happy at the success of the event and look forward to more such opportunities which would help us build a safe and healthy school .

Subject- Letter about the tree plantation organized in my school.
Sir,
Through the columns of your esteemed newspaper, I would like to tell people about the tree plantation which I've organized in my school. It was a whole day programme in which many students have taken part voluntarily. The programme included the planting of one sapling by each student to which they have to take care. Everyone pledged to stop cutting trees and planting more and more in their neighborhood. Also, they promised to aware their parents and elders about the problems which we can face because of deforestation and enable everyone to plant more and more trees. I hope through your newspaper this information will be spread to many people.

Physical geography includes study of Lithosphere, Atmosphere, Hydrosphere & Biosphere- each element is very important for human beings.
Landforms provide base for agriculture, industries, transport and communication, and settlements. Mountains provide water to rivers, forests-center for tourist spots.
Climate influences on the cropping pattern, livestock, food and clothes of the people.
limate and precipitation influence the type of forests. Oceans provide food, water transport, and influence the climate; they are the source of hydrological cycle. (i) Geomorphology is devoted to the study of land forms, their evolution and related processes.
(ii) Climatology encompasses the study of structure of atmosphere and elements of weather and climates and climatic types and regions.
(iii) Hydrology studies the realm of water over the surface of the earth including oceans, lakes, rivers and other water bodies and its effect on different life forms including human life and their activities.

लेखक के मामा के गाँव में लाख की चूड़ियाँ बनाने वाला कारीगर बदलू रहा करता था। वो लाख की बहुत सुन्दर चुड़ियाँ बनता था। परन्तु लेखक के लिए वह लाख की रंग बिंरगी सुन्दर गोलियाँ बनाकर दिया करता। जिसके कारण लेखक सदैव बदलू के पास जाता और यही कारण है कि लेखक को उसके मामा का गाँव भाता था।
बदलू को समस्त गाँव ही बदलू काका कहकर बुलाया करता था। इसलिए लेखक ने भी उनको काका कहना ही उचित समझा। बदलू उन्हें आम खाने को देता, मलाई खाने को देता।
