Ribonucleic acid (RNA) is a  molecule essential in various biological roles in  and of  RNA andare. Along with  and , nucleic acids constitute one of the four major essential for all known forms of  Like DNA, RNA is assembled as a chain of, but unlike DNA, RNA is found in nature as a single strand folded onto itself, rather than a paired double strand. Cellular organisms use  (mRNA) to convey genetic information (using the  of and  denoted by the letters G, U, A, and C) that directs synthesis of specific proteins. Many encode their genetic information using an RNA . A hairpin loop from a pre-mRNA. Highlighted are the (green) and the ribose-phosphate backbone (blue). This is a single strand of RNA that folds back upon itself. Some RNA molecules play an active role within cells by catalyzing biological reactions, controlling or sensing and communicating responses to cellular signals. One of these active processes is, a universal function in which RNA molecules direct the synthesis of proteins on . This process uses  (tRNA) molecules to deliver to the ribosome, where (rRNA) then links amino acids together to form coded proteins.

Tricki was a dachshund dog who had been pampered to such an extent that overfeeding, luxuries, and facilities became the cause of his illness. He became so fat that he could not walk properly. The narrator, who was a vet, lived in Mrs. Pumphrey’s neighborhood; he saw Tricki’s condition deteriorate regularly. He suggested to Mrs. Pumphrey to follow strict regimen for Tricki, but Mrs. Pumphrey did not pay much attention to it.

One day Tricki stopped eating even his favorite dishes. He just lay listlessly on the floor.  The narrator was called; he suggested Tricki needed hospitalization. Actually he had a special plan for him to make him well.

At his hospital, he kept Tricki on strict diet. He gave him plenty of water to drink. In the company of other dogs, Tricki began moving and playing with them. Within a few days Tricki improved. The narrator did not give any food and wine to Tricki that Mrs. Pumphrey sent everyday for him.

After a fortnight Tricki became normal and healthy and Mrs. Pumphrey thought the narrator had done some surgery on Tricki.

Viruses are sub-microscopic, infectious, nucleoprotein particles that can infect all living organisms. A virus consists of genetic material either in the form of RNA or DNA surrounded by a protein coat.

Most of the viruses, infecting plants, have single-stranded RNA as genetic material. On the other hand, the viruses infecting animals have single or double-stranded RNA or double-stranded DNA.

Bacteriophages or viruses infecting bacteria mostly have double- stranded DNA. Their protein coat called as capsid is made up of capsomere subunits. These capsomeres are arranged in helical or polyhedral geometric forms.

AIDS, smallpox, mumps, and influenza are some common examples of viral diseases.

Let the equation of circle be

x2+y2+2gx+2fy+c=0        .....(1)
where (−g,−f) is center and g2+f2−c is the radius.
Since, the circle passes through (2,3), so it satisfies eqn (1)
⇒4+9+4g+6f+c=0
⇒4g+6f+c=−13      .....(2)
Since, the circle passes through (−1,1), so it satisfies eqn (1)
⇒1+1−2g+2f+c=0
⇒−2g+2f+c=−2      .....(3)
Subtracting eqn (3) from eqn (2), we get
6g+4f=−11       ....(4)
Given center lies on the line x−3y−11=0
Since, center (−g,−f) satisfies this equation.
⇒−g+3f=11        ....(5)
Solving eqn (4) and (5), we get
g= −7/2 ,f= 5/2
Put this value in (2), we get
c=−14
Substituting these values in (1),
x2+y2−7x+5y−14=0
which is the equation of required circle.
