The pituitary gland sits below the brain in a midline pocket or fossa of the sphenoid bone known as the sella turcica, imaginatively named by anatomists because of its likeness to a Turkish horse saddle. Embryologically, anatomically and functionally the human gland is divided into two lobes. The anterior lobe constitutes two thirds of the volume of the gland and the posterior lobe one third. As with all other endocrine glands, symptoms arise as the result of either hypo- or hypersecretion of hormones.

Processing of a Fibre into Fabric
The complete process of making or producing Fabrics from fibres includes:
Extraction of fibres either from the plant or animal source.
↓
A group of filament or staple fibres extracted are twisted together to form a yarn.
↓
These yarn are twisted tightly and allowed to rotate on the different types of by the rollers, weaved and knitted by passing a different number of yarns together to produce Fabrics.
Finally, the fabrics are produced. These fabrics are treated with chemicals in the textile industries to make different types of clothing materials like cotton fabrics, woollen fabrics, silk fabrics, polyester fabrics etc. Later these fabrics are processed for bleaching to give a smooth, shiny look, colour dying to add colours to the fabric materials and screen printings to design the fabrics.
Process of Making Cotton Fabric
Cotton is picked up from the fields. The seeds are separated by combing. This process is known as ginning.
↓
Ginned cotton is compressed to form bales. These bales are sent to the spinning mills.
↓
The cotton bales are loosened and cleaned. This process is known as carding.
↓
The cotton fibres are then converted into rope-like loose strands. The strands are twisted to make yarns. This process is known as the spinning of cotton yarns.
↓
The yarns are then used to make fabrics by weaving and knitting.

The Internet Protocol (IP) is a protocol, or set of rules, for routing and addressing packets of data so that they can travel across networks and arrive at the correct destination. Data traversing the Internet is divided into smaller pieces, called packets. IP information is attached to each packet, and this information helps routers to send packets to the right place. Every device or domain that connects to the Internet is assigned an IP address, and as packets are directed to the IP address attached to them, data arrives where it is needed.

(1.1)^(10000) = (1 + 0.1)^(10000)
use formula,
(x + y)^n = nC0.x^n + nC1.x^(n-1)y + nC2.x^(n-2)y^2 + ........+nCn.y^n
(1 + 0.1)^(10000) = 10000C0.(1)^(10000) + 10000C1.(1)^9999(0.1) + ....... other terms
= 1 × 1 + 10000 × 0.1 + ......... other terms .
= (1 + 1000 + .......other terms ) > 1000
hence, (1.1)^(10000) > 1000

According to Archimedes principle, the weight of water displaced is equal to the weight of immersed part. For a solid floating in a liquid, its weight acting vertically down at its centre of gravity is equal to the weight of the liquid displaced by the immersed part of the solid acting vertically up at its centre of buoyancy. In the floating condition, the apparent weight and the apparent density of the solid are zero and the body is said to be weightless.

Polymorphism refers to the existence of two or more forms of individuals within the same animal species.
Polymorphism is common in nature; it is related to biodiversity, genetic variation and adaptation; it usually functions to retain variety of form in a population living in a varied environment. The most common example is sexual dimorphism, which occurs in many organisms. Other examples are mimetic forms of butterflies, and human hemoglobin and blood types.
Coelenterates include a large number of colonial species that contain more than one form of individuals which are called zooids. Coelenterates have two basic zooids, polyp and medusa.

A force of 5 N gives a mass m1 an acceleration of 8ms−2 and a mass m2 an acceleration of 24 ms−2. What acceleration would it give if both the masses are tied together?
when a force of 5N gives an acceleration of 8ms-² to a body
then its mass = 5/8 kg = 0.62kg
so, m₁ = 0.6kg
when a force of 5N gives an acceleration of 20ms⁻² to a body
then its mass = 5/24 kg = 0.20kg
so, m₂ = 0.20kg
when the two bodies r tied total mass of the system bcomes = 0.82kg
so acceleration of the system will b = force/mass = 5/0.82 = 609 ms⁻²

Young’s modulus (Y) can be written as
Y = FL / (Ae)
Rearrange the above equation
F = YAe / L
= YAL / L ………[∵ Elongation (e) = L]
= YA
= 2 × 1011 N / m² × [1 cm² × 10^-4 m²/cm²]
= 2 × 107 N
Force required is 2 × 107 N
