- he moon changes its shape everyday over a period one month and this repeats over and over again. These different shapes of the moon are called 'Phases of the Moon'. In reality, the moon does not change its shape at all. Moon is always round in shape. As we know the moon is always visible because it reflects the light from the sun.
- It goes from a perfect round circle and gradually reduces in size and further becomes a no moon (as shown here). This takes about 15 days. This is called waxing.

Absolute An absolute cell reference is fixed. Absolute references do not change if you copy a formula from one cell to another. Absolute references have dollar sign ($) like $S$9. As the shows, when the formula =C4*$D$9 is copied from row, the absolute cell reference remains as $D$9

An ethnic composition or ethnicity is a group of people that have similarities with each other with respect to culture, language, history or society.
They often share similar rituals, religion, dressing style, etc. The ones having a common ancestral background share a similar gene pool as well.
Larger groups can be separated into smaller groups such as tribes/clans or sometimes separate groups can combine to form a single entity.

THE MAURYAN EMPIRE:
The Mauryan Empire was founded by Changragupta Maurya. It was founded about 2300 years ago. It continued from 322 BC to 185 BC. A Brahmin; named Chanakya; helped Chandragupta in getting to rule over the Mauryan Empire.
