Phosphorus(Atomic no. 15) has its electrons arranged in a configuration of 2,8,5. Now, orbits are stable when they are full. In this case, The outer orbit must have eight electrons for stability in combining with other elements, also known as valency. So one can either add 3 electrons to the outer orbit or take away 5 electrons with equal ease. So Phosphorus has a valency of 3 or 5.

The Internet started off with research into what was then known as packet switching as early as the 1960s. Packet switching was thought of a better and faster method to transfer data than the hardware solution to the problem, i.e., the circuitry. The packet switching technology was essential to the development of ARPANET by the United States Military. ARPANET is considered the first known group of interconnected computers aka the internet.

We are living in an IT revolution era. Indispensability of internet and computers cannot be denied. The modern youth and children don't have any other option. Internet and computers have already taken over each and every field. Tell me an area or sphere where internet and computers are not being used! Education, industry, finance, defense, teaching, learning, research, medicine, accounting, entertainment, internet, online teaching, telecommunication, media, and space research and exploration. It is internet and computer everywhere. The modern world will look void without internet and computers. Internet and computers have created such an order in every field. They are so adroitly efficient in data storing and handling. They have man's life much more organized, systematic, simple, colourful, and awesomely efficient.
Internet has become ubiquitous owing to its versatility. What is it not that you can't do with internet? It is the god of the modern era! Naturally the field of education has also been influenced positively by use of internet. It has made the learning in classrooms much more convenient, easier, simpler, colorful, fun-filled, and efficient. Expert teachers teach students using smart boards and interactive whiteboards. Internet has enabled both students and teachers to process learning data many times faster than was possible in a traditional classroom.
The internet stores the teaching and learning data systematically which can so easily be accessed by anyone who wants it. Internet has further facilitated sharing of knowledge available abundantly on all the subjects. School websites now provide all the educational information required by parents and students. Aspiring students can look up the internet for any information and knowledge they require while studying or doing assignments. Internet and computers have really made education quite romantic. There is a modern Renaissance in education owing to computers. and internet.

Double coincidence of wants occurs when two individuals swap (exchange) their goods, in exchange for one another. This is also referred to as the 'perfect barter exchange'. In such cases, both the individuals are happy to exchange their good or commodities.
Examole:
A shoe manufacturer wants to sell shoes in the market and buy wheat. The shoe manufacturer
will first exchange shoes that he had produced for money, and then exchange the money for wheat. Imagine how difficult it would be if the shoe manufacturer had to directly exchange shoes for wheat without using money. He would have to look for a wheat growing farmer, who not only wants to sell wheat but also wants to buy the shoes in exchange. That is, both parties have to agree to sell and buy each other’s commodities. This is known as double coincidence of wants.

We will check the result
13 × 1 7 × 19 × 23 + 13 × 23
221 × 437 + 299
96577 + 299
96876
Let's do factorization
96876 = 2 × 2× 3 × 3 × 3× 3 ×13 × 23
It is divisible by numbers other than 1 and the number itself.
So, it is a composite number

Arbitrary law is a law which has been passed by the legislator to fulfil his motives or simply out of his will. Rowlatt act was a classic example of arbitrary law which allowed the British government to imprison anybody without trial. Another example of the arbitrariness that continued to exist as part of British law is the Sedition Act of 1870.

Word wrapping is when a line of text automatically "wraps" to the next line when it gets to the end of a page or text field. This is different than a "word rap," which involves rhyming words to a rhythmic beat, though that may be more fun than typing. Most word processing programs use word wrap to keep the text within the default margins of the page. Without the word wrap feature, text would continue on one line until the user pressed "Enter" or "Return" to insert a line break.
Most programs that incorporate word wrap take the first word that does not fit on a line of text and move it to the beginning of the next line. Advanced word processing programs can hyphenate long words at appropriate places. While it is uncommon, sometimes a word, or string of characters ,will take up more than one line. In this case, the word wrap feature will simply continue the string of characters onto the next line.

c. Democracy involves thorough deliberation and discussion, which results in delays in decision making process. There is only one person who takes decision for the entire country. It results in quick decision making.
d. There are large number of people involved in the decision making process as a result it becomes difficult to accommodate diverse interests and viewpoints.
e. Democracies involve corruption, favoritism , nepotism, red tapism at all levels which hampers country's growth. In a dictatorial regime these aspects are checked by a dictator.
f. Modern democracies are capitalist democracies where few accumulate wealth, and rest are deprived of fair share. It is the capitalist class which influences decision making. In a dictatorship, it is the dictator who decides policy for the entire country which involves more state controlled policies than capitalist controlled.

P2P stands for "Peer to Peer." In aP2P network, the "peers" are computer systems which are connected to each other via the Internet. Files can be shared directly between systems on the network without the need of a central server. In other words, each computer on a P2P network becomes a file server as well as a client.
