Blood is a fluid connective tissue which acts as the primary medium for transportation in the human body (secondary is lymph). About 94% - 95% of the blood is made up of a fluid like substance called PLASMA (matrix of blood) which consist of proteins and has the same colour as straw (yellow to dark yellow with brown tinge) and is responsible for transport of CO2, nitrogenous waste materials, hormones, nutrients and many other substances. The remaining 5% is made of solid components ie, RBCs, WBCs and platelets. Red blood cells (red due to haemoglobin) help in transport of O2 and do not have a nucleus. White blood cells act as soldier cells protecting human body from pathogens. Whereas, platelets form networks in order to plug leaks in the blood vessels ie, BLOOD CLOTTING.

Blood is a fluid present in the body .It is made up of RBC -red blood cells ,WBC -white blood cells , plasma , platelet . It helps in the process of transportation, blood transports oxygen and food to body parts and transports carbon dioxide and waste to the heart .

In the play, The Proposal, Natalya and Ivan forget the main motive of their meeting which is marriage proposal and get involved in other unimportant arguments related to the ownership of the meadows. It can be clearly observed that anger management is important. We should not lose the focus of the discussion by getting into endless discussions. It should always be preferred to speak less and wisely rather than holding long arguments. It is not necessary that the mentality of every individual would match. However, one should be a good listener and should never be judgmental. No one's opinion should be mocked at. Every decision or opinion should be revered. Communication skill using right diction, correct gestures and proper behavior patterns is necessary for maintaining a proper decorum in a societal set up.

Diffusion helps in the movement of substances in and out of the cells. The molecules move from a region of higher concentration to a region of lower concentration until the concentration becomes equal throughout.

Consider a gas dissolved in a liquid. It's partial pressure can be calculated by henry law (P = Kh X ). For applying Raoult's law the solute is more volatile such that it is present in gaseous state. Its partial pressure can be given by Raoult's law (P = P°X) . Considering both formulas there is only a difference in the constants P° and Kh.
