'Power over the ballot box' means the way people get the same equal rights to vote. Voting has rules in which all people whether rich or poor get the same right, to vote for the candidates. They all stand together in the line to vote for the candidates. This system of voting in a democracy spreads the feeling of equality amongst all. So the phrase, 'power over the ballot box' means that every person gets the same kind of power over voting.

To find a triangle's area, use the formula area = 1/2 * base * height. Choose a side to use for the base, and find the height of the triangle from that base. Then, plug in the measurements you have for the base and height into the formula.

HTML is used for structural purposes on a web page, not functional ones. Programming languages have functional purposes. HTML, as a markup language doesn't really “do” anything in the sense that a programming language does. HTML contains no programming logic.
