After the tortoises left the forest, a strange smell of rot began to fill the forest. It was of rotting fruits on the ground and rotting animals in the river which the tortoise used to eat. When the snakes left the rats took over the forest as no one was there to eat them up and were everywhere on the trees, in the grass, in the bushes and on the ground and they were having a wonderful time. They ate up the eggs of the lizards and crocodiles and so there were no babies that year. The rats grew bolder every day. There were also too many frogs and they began to grow larger as there was no one to eat them. After the lizards left the forest, there were millions of insects everywhere and they grew bigger and nastier day by day.

One molecule of ammonium dichromate,{tex}\left(\mathrm{NH}_4\right)_2 \mathrm{Cr}_2 \mathrm{O}_7{/tex}

contains 19 atoms.

Thus, one mole of ammonium dichromate will contain 19×6.02×1023=114×1023 atoms.

Shivansh Singh 2 years, 9 months ago (14214338)

(nh4)2cr2o7 = (4+1)*2+2+7=19atoms , So that for one mole = 19*avagadro no. 19*6.023*10^23=114*10^23

The transfer of electrons in our bodies is the cause of charging a body. When a charged body comes into contact with another charged body, it can induce charge. The movement of electrons from one location to another can generate a charge, resulting in a charge on the body.

It is true that Lencho seemed to be an impulsive man. He suddenly felt elated and quickly became sad. However, he did not lack courage and tolerance. He had firm belief in god. He faced the situation courageously and wrote a letter to god for help. He also showed lot of tolerance as he kept on waiting for the reply. He was sure that things would be fine once he would receive a reply from god. Just like Lencho, one should have courage and belief to face any situation in life. One should also be tolerant and hopeful to wait for good times.

The distrust between Tamil speaking and the Sinhalese over the majoritarianism issue resulted in a wider conflict which soon turned into a civil war.

The following were the results of the civil war:

  1. Thousands of people of Sinhala and Tamil communities were killed.
  2. Many families were forced to leave the country and many more lost their livelihood.
  3. Sri Lanka, in general, suffered from an economic crisis.
  4. Civil war has caused a terrible setback to the social-cultural and economic life of the country.

Globalisation has been advantageous to producers in the following ways:

  1. The producers now have access to international markets.
  2. Globalisation has also enabled free movement of capital, i.e.via electronic transfers etc.
  3. Globalisation has enabled access to foreign investment in capital and technology via Foreign Direct Investment etc.
  4. Globalization has enabled some big Indian companies to establish themselves as Multi-National Corporations (MNCs). For e.g.Tata Motors.

Globalisation has been advantageous to consumers in the following ways:

  1. Globalisation has led to employment generation and has benefited the consumer. It has increased the purchasing power of the consumer.
  2. Globalisation has also given rise to intense competition due to opening up of markets to foreign companies. As a result, this has led to an increase in product quality and a decrease in the prices of the products which ultimately is to benefit of the consumer.
  3. The consumers have benefited from the arrival of MNCs as they have now a larger choice in the goods and services that are available to them in the market.
  4. Due to globalization, people can now enjoy a higher standard of living.

Rs. 168

Yash Yash Patel 2 years, 10 months ago (14262113)

The answer is १६८. Explanation: Given power of a electric heater= १०००w = kw Time per day = २×२०० days= ५६ The formula of energy is given by= Energy= १×५६ = Energy= ५६ kWh Now १kWh costs RS.३ (a unit in the electricity Bill is represented in KWH or kilowatt Hour. This is the actual electricity of energy used). Then the costs of ५६ KWH will be = ३×५६= RS.१६८
