The poet has tried to define and differentiate between a house and a home. He says that a house is made of bricks, stone and hardwood. It also has fine paints, chimney, window glass, doors, corridors, roof and tile floors. A home is another name for  loving family members who take care of each other and work selflessly for one another.Brothers-sisters, fathers and mothers together make a home. It is their unselfish acts of kindness and sharing towards one another that makes a house a home.

Definition: The distributive property lets you multiply a sum by multiplying each addend separately and then add the products. ... Consider the first example, the distributive property lets you "distribute" the 5 to both the 'x' and the '2'.

Yogita Ingle 5 years, 4 months ago (2577571)

The Distributive Property is an algebraic property that is used to multiply a single value and two or more values within a set of parenthesis. The distributive Property States that when a factor is multiplied by the sum/addition of two terms, it is essential to multiply each of the two numbers by the factor, and finally perform the addition operation. This property can be stated symbolically as:

A ( B+ C) = AB + AC

Where A, B and C are three different values.

2(4 + 3) = 2 (7) = 14

2(4) + 2 (3) = 8 + 6 = 14

i) The anti-defection law was introduced to curb the growing trend of elected representatives who changed political parties to become ministers or to get cash rewards.
ii) The affidavit requirement was an order passed by the Supreme Court as a measure to curb the challenge of money and muscle power.
iii) The third reform measure was made by the Election Commission where for all political parties it was mandatory to hold regular elections and also file their income tax returns.
Besides these, many suggestions are often made to reform political parties:
iv) It should be made mandatory for political parties to give a minimum number of tickets, about one-third, to women candidates. Similarly, there should be a quota for women in the decision-making bodies of the party.
 v) There should be state funding of elections. The government should give parties money to support their election expenses. This support could be given in kind: petrol, paper, telephone etc. Or it could be given in cash on the basis of the votes secured by the party in the last election.

Yes, I agree with the statement, “Goodness can never be destroyed”. In the story the Happy Prince had goodness for all. He had a kind heart and was moved by the widespread poverty and misery of the people. So, he had his great will to help others in adverse circumstances. He gave his eyes, gold and jewels to the poor. The swallow was the messenger of the Happy Princes. When the swallow died at his feet, the heart of the Happy Prince was broken into two due to its death. The statue of Happy Prince was no longer useful and beautiful. It was pulled down. When the statue was melted in a furnace, the leaden heart did not melt because goodness can never be destroyed.

The child is wholly responsible for his predicament because at every stage we find him wandering off after one attraction or the other inspite of repeated instructions from his mother not to do so. Initially we find him staring down in front of the wayside toy shops. Next he wanders off into the mustard fields, chasing dragonflies. Then he slows down to admire the insects and worms that line the footpath.

After that he gets distracted by the rain of flower petals and the cooing of the doves and has to be pulled back to the main road by his mother. On entering the fair he again slows down in front of the sweetmeat seller, the flower seller, the snake charmer and the roundabout before realising that he is completely on his own.

With sum, you take a certain number of values and perform a sum to get the total. Cumsum is the cumulative sum of differences between the values. So for each row, you'll get the cumulative total up until that point.

The main difference between WHERE and HAVING clause comes when used together with GROUP BY clause, In that case WHERE is used to filter rows before grouping and HAVING is used to exclude records after grouping. This is the most important difference and if you remember this, it will help you write better SQL queries.

Tissue: All living things are composed of cells, and a group of cells form tissues. These tissues combine to form organs, and the organs form an organ-system. The tissues perform simpler tasks, whereas, the organs perform the complex functions of the body. Tissues are evenly distributed throughout the body and perform specific functions in plants and animals.
