Dear Editor,
I am writing this letter to bring your attention to the growing nuisance of auto drivers overcharging in our area. We live in a remote corner from town and the auto drivers always ask for a return fare. I have also noticed that a lot of times the fare from my office to home is different even though the time taken/traffic is almost the same. I need you to raise this concern in your newspaper and also have more traffic inspectors in our area to monitor these auto drivers and have them fined in case they over charge.

thanks ,

Mr. Frank is a vibrant young science teacher and the students at the college like him well, but he is afraid his relationship with them is too informal and friendly, undermining his attempts as an educator.

He is a science teacher at the college where he studies Taplow. He is an inexperienced teacher whose opinions on education are lenient and contemporary. He's quite frank and seems to have a relationship with Mrs. Crocker Harris.

Let the third side of triangle Be X cm. There for, Sum of all sides = perimeter 18+10+X= 42 X= 42-28 X= 14cm (third side of triangle) No for finding area of triangle we will use heron s formula First find the semi perimeter (s) S =(sum of all sides/2) S = (42/2) S = 21 ★ Formula = √s(s–a) (s–b) (s–c) ★ ➛ √21 (21 – 18) (21 – 10) (21 – 14) ➛ √21 (3) (11) (7) ➛ √3  7  3  11  7 ➛ 3  7 √11 ➛ 21√11 cm² Hence, the area of triangle is 21√11 cm².

The real success of federalism in India can be attributed to the nature of democratic politics in our country. This ensured that the spirit of federalism, respect for diversity and desire for living together became a shared ideal in our country. This happened through the following ways:

  • Linguistic States: After the independence of India in 1947, many states were created based on the languages which were spoken by the people such as Maharashtra, Punjab and West Bengal.
  • Language Policy: The leaders of our country adopted a very cautious attitude while forming the language policy. While Hindi, spoken by about 40% of our population, was declared as the national language, many languages were also recognised as Scheduled Languages by the Constitution. Apart from Hindi, there are 21 scheduled languages.
  • Centre–State Relations: After Independence, there were only few parties which formed governments at the centre and at the state levels. However, the condition improved after 1990 when many regional parties emerged in different states. THis led to an era of power sharing.

  1. Muscle strength: The muscle should have a minimum level of strength to make the movement, especially against the gravity or external force.
  2. Joint structure: There are different types of joint in the human body, some of the joints intrinsically have a greater range of motion than others for example. The ball & socket joint of the shoulder has the greatest range of motion in comparison to the knee joint.
  3. Internal environment:- Internal environment of athlete influences the flexibility. For example-warm bath increases body temperature and flexibility whereas 10 minutes outside stay in 100c temperature reduces the body temperature and flexibility.
  4. Injury: Injuries to connecting tissues and muscles can lead to thickening or fibronectin on the effected area. Fibrous tissues are less elastic and can lead to limb shortening and lead to reduce flexibility.
  5. Age and gender: Flexibility decreases with the advancement of age. However, it is trainable. It can be enhanced with the help of training as strength and endurance are enhanced. Gender also determine the flexibility. Females tend to be more flexible than male.
