Well the resistors are connected in a series connection then the current would be same for them. You need to just find the equivalent resistance of them and calculate the current. Equivalent resistance = (10 + 15) Ω = 25 Ω So the current would be I = V/R = 6 V/25 Ω = .24 A So the current through both the resistors will be 0.24 A.

Anurag Singh 4 years, 10 months ago (10090004)

Correct answer is 0.24 ampere

Siya Singhal 4 years, 10 months ago (6024962)

R1=10ohm,R2=15ohm,v=6v Connected in series are the R=R1+R2=10+15=25ohm V=IR I=v/R I=6/25 I=1/2.4ampere

Suhani Rana 4 years, 10 months ago (10511813)

R1=10 ohm R2=5 ohm V=6 v In series, Therefore R1+R2=R 10+5=15 ohm New R =15 ohm Since, V=IR I= V/R I= 6/15 I=2/5 I = 0.4A ans. Current is passing through them is 0.4 ampere
