Because in the year 1929, Congress at it's Lahore session, had adopted the attainment of 'Purna Swaraj' or 'Complete Independence' as its goal. It was decided to observe Independence Day on 26th January 1930 which did not happen. Independence Day was finally achieved on 15 August 1947. To maintain the historic significance of the day, it was decided to postpone the adoption of constitution by two months and thus it was adopted on the same historic day of 26th January

M.Hamel blamed himself , the students and the parents of the students for the neglect of learning French language.They did not gave due attention to the learning of their native language French and needlessly postponed their learning till the next day.The parents were not bothered enough to have their children learn their native language French and opting them to put them work on farm or at mills.Even M. Hamel did not utilised his all time to teach his students French and often them to water his flowers and gave them holiday whenever he wanted to go for fishing.Students delayed their learning of French thinking that they have plenty of time and wasted their time in trivial pursuits like seeking birds' egg and going sliding on Saar. Our language is our identity. Language binds the nation (the people) or it draws a line of demarcation between them. It's a convenient way of communicating with one another. Nowadays people do not show due respect to their mother tongue especially because of the influence of westernization. It's rightly said "when something is close to us, we take it for granted but when it is snatched away from us then we realize its worth & we are left with nothing but repentance." For over centuries outsiders have tried to invade the other countries & in doing so they have found that the best way of manipulating native people's minds against their own country is to take away their strongest weapon "“their mother tongue. Be it the Germans imposing German language on the French after Prussian war or Indians' Hindi language being chained in shackles by the British, it has always been "language" bearing the bitter repercussions. People become oblivious to their language & eventually lose nationalism. Chauvinism dwells in hearts of people who are passionately in love with their own language but they disrespect other foreign languages. Thus they oppress their language over the others. To become a true nation lover, every individual needs to hold immense respect for his /her language but to create a harmonious world; everyone should embrace all the languages with a warm heart. Every word, every thought, every expression needs nothing but a LANGUAGE. LOVE, DO RESPECT & SPREAD ALL THE LANGUAGES WORLDWIDE.

महाशय, धुम्रपान से होने वाले घातक बीमारी से हम सभी अवगत हैं। धुम्रपान करने से कैंसर सहित और भी कई घातक बिमारी का खतरा बढ़ जाता हैं। धुम्रपान न सिर्फ धुम्रपान करनेवाले को रोग्रस्त करता है अपितु जो धुम्रपान करनेवाले के इर्द गिर्द रहते हैं उन्हें भी अपनी चपेट में ले लेता हैं। इस समस्या के समाधान हेतु राज्य सरकार तथा केंद्र सरकार ने सार्वजनिक क्षेत्र को धुम्रपान मुक्त बनाने के लिए कानून की व्यवस्था की थी। परन्तु कुछ लोग इस कानून का पालन नहीं कर रहे हैं जिससे सार्वजनिक स्थलों पर धुम्रपान न करनेवाले लोग भी बुरी तरह प्रभावित हो रहें हैं।

अतः आपसे अनुरोध है कि इस कानून को और कठोर बनाए तथा उसे कठोरता से लागू करने की व्यवस्था करें।
