Actually during my revisions I had a doubt b/w phimosis and blapitis so was a bit confused I searched everywhere but was not able to find.Because I ve heard that many people with phimosis and blapitis loose their reproductivity atleast 4% of them so was a bit confused..

बात यदि हम वैद्य होते तो कफ और पित्त के सहवर्ती बात की व्यानख्यार करते तथा भूगोलवेत्ता होते तो किसी देश के जल बात का वर्णन करते। किंतु इन दोनों विषयों में हमें एक बात कहने का भी प्रयोजन नहीं है। इससे केवल उसी बात के ऊपर दो चार बात लिखते हैं जो हमारे सम्भारषण के समय मुख से निकल-निकल के परस्पिर हृदयस्थ भाव प्रकाशित करती रहती है। सच पूछिए तो इस बात की भी क्या बात है जिसके प्रभाव से मानव जाति समस्तृ जीवधारियों की शिरोमणि (अशरफुल मखलूकात) कहलाती है। शुकसारिकादि पक्षी केवल थोड़ी सी समझने योग्यश बातें उच्चअरित कर सकते हैं इसी से अन्यै नभचारियों की अपेक्षा आद्रित समझे जाते हैं। फिर कौन न मान लेगा कि बात की बड़ी बात है। हाँ, बात की बात इतनी बड़ी है कि परमात्माक को सब लोग निराकार कहते हैं तौ भी इसका संबंध उसके साथ लगाए रहते हैं। वेद ईश्वार का बचन है, कुरआनशरीफ कलामुल्लाबह है, होली बाइबिल वर्ड आफ गाड है यह बचन, कलाम और वर्ड बात ही के पर्याय हैं सो प्रत्यधक्ष में मुख के बिना स्थिति नहीं कर सकती। पर बात की महिमा के अनुरोध से सभी धर्मावलंबियों ने "बिन बानी वक्तक बड़ योगी" वाली बात मान रक्खी है। यदि कोई न माने तो लाखों बातें बना के मनाने पर कटिबद्ध रहते हैं। यहाँ तक कि प्रेम सिद्धांती लोग निरवयव नाम से मुँह बिचकावैंगे। 'अपाणिपादो जवनो गृहीता' इत्यातदि पर हठ करने वाले को यह कहके बात में उड़ावेंगे कि "हम लँगड़े लूले ईश्वतर को नहीं मान सकते। हमारा प्याहरा तो कोटि काम सुंदर श्यााम बरण विशिष्टल है।" निराकार शब्दा का अर्थ श्री शालिग्राम शिला है जो उसकी स्या मता को द्योतन करती है अथवा योगाभ्या्स का आरंभ करने वाले कों आँखें मूँदने पर जो कुछ पहिले दिखाई देता है वह निराकार अर्थात् बिलकुल काला रंग है। सिद्धांत यह कि रंग रूप रहित को सब रंग रंजित एवं अनेक रूप सहित ठहरावेंगे किंतु कानों अथवा प्रानों वा दोनों को प्रेम रस से सिंचित करने वाली उसकी मधुर मनोहर बातों के मजे से अपने को बंचित न रहने देंगे। जब परमेश्व र तक बात का प्रभाव पहुँचा हुआ है तो हमारी कौन बात रही? हम लोगों के तो "गात माहिं बात करामात है।" नाना शास्त्र , पुराण, इतिहास, काव्या, कोश इत्या दि सब बात ही के फैलाव हैं जिनके मध्यत एक-एक ऐसी पाई जाती है जो मन, बुद्धि, चित्त को अपूर्व दशा में ले जाने वाली अथच लोक परलोक में सब बात बनाने वाली है। यद्यपि बात का कोई रूप नहीं बतला सकता कि कैसी है पर बुद्धि दौड़ाइए तो ईश्वहर की भाँति इसके भी अगणित ही रूप पाइएगा। बड़ी बात, छोटी बात, सीधी बात, टेढ़ी बात, खरी बात, खोटी बात, मीठी बात, कड़वी बात, भली बात, बुरी बात, सुहाती बात, लगती बात इत्या दि सब बात ही तो है? बात के काम भी इसी भाँति अनेक देखने में आते हैं। प्रीति बैर, सुख दु:ख श्रद्धा घृणा, उत्साोह अनुत्साकहादि जितनी उत्तमता और सहजतया बात के द्वारा विदित हो सकते हैं दूसरी रीति से वैसी सुविधा ही नहीं। घर बैठे लाखों कोस का समाचार मुख और लेखनी से निर्गत बात ही बतला सकती है। डाकखाने अथवा तारघर के सारे से बात की बात में चाहे जहाँ की जो बात हो जान सकते हैं। इसके अतिरिक्तत बात बनती है, बात बिगड़ती है, बात आ पड़ती है, बात जाती रहती है, बात उखड़ती है। हमारे तुम्हातरे भी सभी काम बात पर निर्भर करते हैं - "बातहि हाथी पाइए, बातहि हाथी पाँव।" बात ही से पराए अपने और अपने पनाए हो जाते हैं। मक्खी चूस उदार तथा उदार स्ववल्पबव्यायी, कापुरुष युद्धोत्सानही एवं युद्धप्रिय शांतिशील, कुमार्गी सुपथगामी अथच सुपंथी कुराही इत्या दि बन जाते हैं। बात का तत्वन समझना हर एक का काम नहीं है और दूसरों की समझ पर आधिपत्यह जमाने योग्य बात बढ़ सकता भी ऐसों वैसों का साध्य नहीं है। बड़े-बड़े विज्ञवरों तथा महा-महा कवीश्वगरों के जीवन बात ही के समझने समझाने में व्यैतीत हो जाते हैं। सहृदयगण की बात के आनंद के आगे सारे संसार तुच्छा जँचता है। बालाकों की तोतली बातें, सुंदरियों की मीठी-मीठी, प्या्री-प्याकरी बातें, सत्करवियों की रसीली बातें, सुवक्ता ओं की प्रभावशाली बातें जिसके जी को और का और न कर दें उसे पशु नहीं पाषाण खंड कहना चाहिए। क्यों कि कुत्ते, बिल्ली आदि को विशेष समझ नहीं होती तो भी पुचकार के 'तू तू' 'पूसी पूसी' इत्या दि बातें क दो तो भावार्थ समझ के यथा सामर्थ्यी स्नेीह प्रदर्शन करने लगते हैं। फिर वह मनुष्य कैसा जिसके चित्त पर दूसरे हृदयवान की बात का असर न हो। बात वह आदणीय है कि भलेमानस बात और बाप को एक समझते हैं। हाथी के दाँत की भाँति उनके मुख से एक बार कोई बात निकल आने पर फिर कदापि नहीं पलट सकती। हमारे परम पूजनीय आर्यगण अपनी बात का इतना पक्ष करते थे कि "तन तिय तनय धाम धन धरनी। सत्यीसंध कहँ तून सम बरनी"। अथच "प्रानन ते सुत अधिक है सुत ते अधिक परान। ते दूनौ दसरथ तजे वचन न दीन्होंा जान।" इत्याकदि उनकी अक्षरसंवद्धा कीर्ति सदा संसार पट्टिका पर सोने के अक्षरों से लिखी रहेगी। पर आजकल के बहुतेरे भारत कुपुत्रों ने यह ढंग पकड़ रक्खाद है कि 'मर्द की जबान (बात का उदय स्थायन) और गाड़ी का पहिया चलता ही फिरता रहता है।' आज और बात है कल ही स्वा र्थांधता के बंश हुजूरों की मरजी के मुवाफिक दूसरी बातें हो जाने में तनिक भी विलंब की संभावना नहीं है। यद्यपि कभी-कभी अवसर पड़ने पर बात के अंश का कुछ रंग ढंग परिवर्तित कर लेना नीति विरुद्ध नहीं है, पर कब? जात्योनपकार, देशोद्धार, प्रेम प्रचार आदि के समय, न कि पापी पेट के लिए। एक हम लोग हैं जिन्हें आर्यकुलरत्नोंर के अनुगमन की सामर्थ्य नहीं है। किंतु हिंदुस्तापनियों के नाम पर कलंक लगाने वालों के भी सहमार्गी बनने में घिन लगती है। इससे यह रीति अंगीकार कर रखी है कि चाहे कोई बड़ा बतकहा अर्थात् बातूनी कहै चाहै यह समझे कि बात कहने का भी शउर नहीं है किंतु अपनी मति अनुसार ऐसी बातें बनाते रहना चाहिए जिनमें कोई न कोई, किसी न किसी के वास्त विक हित की बात निकलती रहे। पर खेद है कि हमारी बातें सुनने वाले उँगलियों ही पर गिनने भर को हैं। इससे "बात बात में वात" निकालने का उत्सांह नहीं होता। अपने जी को 'क्या बने बात जहाँ बात बनाए न बने' इत्यादि विदग्धा लापों की लेखनी से निकली हुई बातें सुना के कुछ फुसला लेते हैं और बिन बात की बात को बात का बतंगड़ समझ के बहुत बात बढ़ाने से हाथ समेट लेना ही समझते हैं कि अच्छी बात है। (प्रताप नारायण मिश्र) बातें हँसी में धुली हुईं सौजन्य चंदन में बसी हुई बातें– चितवन में घुली हुईं व्यंग्य-बंधन में कसी हुईं बातें– उसाँस में झुलसीं रोष की आँच में तली हुईं बातें– चुहल में हुलसीं नेह–साँचे में ढली हुईं बातें– विष की फुहार–सी बातें– अमृत की धार–सी बातें– मौत की काली डोर–सी बातें– जीवन की दूधिया हिलोर–सी बातें– अचूक वरदान–सी बातें– घृणित नाबदान–सी बातें– फलप्रसू, सुशोभन, फल–सी बातें– अमंगल विष–गर्भ शूल–सी बातें– क्य करूँ मैं इनका?
