_Health_ : Without proper health facilities, no matter how much a country earns, it will not be able to provide basic facilities to it's people. _Education_ : education has become an important factor in leading a quality life . So, if the country has high income but the literacy rate is low, it cannot be considered developed. ( Note : this question is according to cbse and also a previous year question )
