When a word is used twice and both times it has different meanings, then the Rhyme Scheme is the decking.

Example: The people living inside a high gorge, live inside a high gorge. (The meaning of the temple here is and cave.) 2 Kanaka hundred times the drunkenness, or jag, ( here means and gold.)

Stub icon This article is a basis. Help Wikipedia increase this by adding information.

Kali boasted. In the above sentence, you can see that the word 'Ghata' has been used twice. For the first time, the use of the word 'Ghata' is referring to the dark color of clouds.

At other times the word 'Ghata' is describing the diminishing of clouds. Therefore, due to the use of the word Ghata twice and different meanings, there is a hint of ornamentation in the above lines.

The civilization is famous for its large and well-planned cities. Over 1,052 cities and settlements have been found.

The species which are facing the risk of extinction are called endangered species.

They are the animals and plants that exist in small number on the earth, and if we do not take quick action to save them, they may be lost for ever.

An animal species become endangered either because it is few in number or it is being killed by predators or it is being hunted by human beings or its natural habitat is destroyed by deforestation.

For Example: Tiger, snow leopard, Great Indian rhinoceros, Asiatic lion, desert cat  etc.

The Crisis of the Fourteenth Century

In Europe economic expansion slowed down. This was due to three factors:

  1. In Northern Europe, by the end of the thirteenth century the warm summers of the previous 300 years had given way to bitterly cold summers. Seasons for growing crops were reduced by a month.
  2. Trade was hit by a severe shortage of metal money because of a shortfall in the output of silver mines in Austria and Serbia. This forced government to reduce the silver content of the currency and to mix it with cheaper metals.
  3. Ships carrying goods from distant countries had started arriving in European ports. The ships came with rats carrying deadly bubonic plague infection (the Black Death).

The value of present = Rs 2,32,000

i) After an year = Rs 2,32,000 + 16% of Rs 2,32,000

                         = Rs 2,32,000 + 16/100 * Rs 2,32,000

                         = Rs 2,32,000 + Rs 37,120

                         = Rs 2,69,120

Hence, the value of land after an year is  Rs 2,69,120.

ii) Earlier an year = Rs 2,32,000 - 16% of Rs 2,32,000

                            = Rs 2,32,000 - 16/100 * Rs 2,32,000

                            = Rs 2,32,000 - Rs 37,120

                            = Rs 1,94,880

Hence, the value of the land earlier an year was Rs 1,94,880.
