Value of output = Sales + Change in stock
= 20 + 2
= Rs 22lakh
Gross value added at market price = Value of output - Intermediate consumption
= 22 - 5
= Rs 17lakh
NVAFC = GVAMP - Depreciation - Net indirect tax
= 17 - (Cost of producers goods/No. of useful life in year) - (Indirect tax - Subsidy)
= 17 - (10lakh/10) - (1 - 0)
= 17 - 1 - 1 = Rs 15lakh

- Thomson’s model revealed that atom has spherical structure, with positive charge spread all over the sphere and electrons are embedded in it. Also there is equal number of positive and negative charge i.e. atom is electrically neutral.

- Ernest Rutherford carried out experiments by taking consideration in Thomson’s model and presented more accurate model i.e. Rutherford’s model. Rutherford bombarded ⍺ particles i.e. He2+ ions on gold foil. Gold foil has very thin thickness of about 1000 atoms thick. Observations of Rutherford’s experiment are
- Most of ⍺ particles passes through gold foil
- Some ⍺ particles get deflected with very small angles from their path
- Very few i.e. 1/ 12000 were reflected back on same path
On basis of observations, Rutherford put forth conclusion
- Most ⍺ particles pass through gold foil, therefore, atom must have large empty space in it.
- Some ⍺ particles gets deflected, hence there is some strong dense opposition. ⍺ particle is positively charge. If ⍺ particle is deflected then, opposition must be having a positive charge.
- Very few ⍺ particles are deflected this shows that, positive and other mass of atom is in very small volume in the atom.
- Moreover, it was identified that radius of dense space is 105 times smaller than size of atoms.

M. Hamel was a true French man. Teaching at Alsace for forty years, he had become a part of its people. He was an honest teacher. He did not blame his students alone for poor learning. He also held himself responsible for the same. He was very patriotic as he appealed to his countrymen to hold fast to their mother tongue to be free from the Prussians. According to him the French language was the most beautiful, the clearest and the most logical language in the world. He urged on his countrymen to guard it and never forget it. He was deeply attached to the school and all his students. However, he was very brave and strong. He was really regretful for not making sincere efforts to teach French to his countrymen. At the end, he became so emotional that he could not speak.

Take three cardboards A, B and C each about 25 cm square. Take a pin and make a small hole in each cardboard at the same height. Suspend the cardboard pieces by separate threads vertically from a support such that each hole is at the same height, as shown. Pass a string through the holes and pull it taut. This makes the three holes in a straight line. Now take out the string.
Place a lighted candle near one of the cardboards (say A). Look at the candle flame from the other side of the cardboard C. The candle flame is clearly seen.
Now slightly displace one of the cardboards (say B) so that the holes no longer remain in a straight line. Again look at the candle flame from the other side of the cardboard C. You do not see the candle flame. The reason is that light travels in a straight line and now the holes in the cardboards A, B and C are not in a straight line.
Conclusion: Light travels in a straight line path called the rectilinear propagation of light.

To determine whether caste actually matters in the choice of a spouse among the Indian middle class, the authors follow the methodology developed in Hitsch, Hortacsu, and Ariely (2010) and Fisman et al. ... One possible reason why caste persists, therefore, is that it actually does not cost very much to marry within caste. Intercaste marriage is good like any other marriage. Only if there are strict laws and punishment, problems in intercaste or any love marriage will be solved. In Indian family setup, parents provide food, shelter and education till one gets decent job or gets married.

Connective tissue is a major supporting tissue in the body that provides structural framework and support to different tissues. Blood is regarded as a connective tissue because as the blood is circulated throughout the body due to pumping action of heart, it carries different materials and gases from one part of the body to another. Hence, it connects different tissues and organs of the body and thus, called as a connective tissue.

Nervous or the nerve tissue is the main tissue of our nervous system. It monitors and regulates the functions of the body. Nervous tissue consists of two cells: nerve cells or <a href="https://byjus.com/biology/neurons/">neurons</a> and glial cells, which helps transmit nerve impulses and also provides nutrients to neurons. Brain, Spinal Cord, and nerves are composed of nervous tissue, they are specialized for being stimulated to transmit stimulus from one to another part of the body rapidly.
Structure Of Nervous Tissue
- It is made of nerve cells or neurons, all of which consists of an axon. Axons are long stem-like projections emerging out of the cell, responsible for communicating with other cells called the Target cells, thereby passing impulses
- The main part is the cell body which contains the nucleus, cytoplasm and cell organelles. Extensions of the cell membrane are referred to as processes.
- Dendrite is a highly branched processes, responsible for receiving information from other neurons and synapses (specialized point of contact). Information of other neurons is provided by dendrites to connect with its cell body.
- Information in a neuron is unidirectional as it passes through neurons from dendrites, across the cell body down the axon.

Muscular tissue is a specialized tissue in animals which applies forces to different parts of the body by contraction. It is made up of thin and elongated cells called muscle fibers. It controls the movement of an organism.
The cytoplasm in the muscle fibers is called sarcoplasm. It contains a network of membrane called the sarcoplasmic reticulum. The membrane surrounding the muscle fibers is called sarcolemma.
Properties of Muscular Tissue
-
Contractibility– It is the ability of muscle cells to shorten forcefully.
-
Extensibility– A muscle has the ability to be stretched.
-
Elasticity– The muscles have the ability to recoil back to its original length after being stretched.
-
Excitability– The muscle tissue responds to a stimulus delivered from a motor neuron or hormone.
Types of Muscular Tissue
The muscular tissue is of three types:
-
Skeletal Muscle Tissue
-
Smooth Muscle Tissue
-
Cardiac Muscle Tissue

- Glandular epithelium is a type of epithelial tissue which covers the glands (both exocrine and endocrine) of our body. Their main function is secretion. Both endocrine and exocrine glands produce their secretions through the glandular epithelium via special cells called goblet cells.
- Glandular epithelium in the reproductive tract is called endocervical glandular epithelium and helps in sexual functions by secreting lubricating fluid during sexual excitation.
- The glandular epithelium also lines the intestine where it helps in the absorption of nutrients. Thus it aids in digestion. Thus glandular epithelium is a multifunctional tissue that combines with other tissues to perform vital functions of the body.

| TYPES OF TISSUES | STRUCTURE | FUNCTION | EXAMPLE |
| Simple Squamous | It forms a single layer of flat cells which is in contact with the basal lamina. | It helps in the filtration or diffusion of molecules. | Lining of Bowman's capsule |
| Simple Cuboidal | It forms a single thick layer and is made of cube-shaped cells. | It helps in secretions. | Lines the salivary glands |
| Simple Columnar | It forms a uni-layered, elongated shaped cells. | It helps in the secretion of digestive fluids and absorbs nutrients. | Lining layer of intestinal mucosa |
| Pseudostratified | It appears 2-3 layered (but in actual it is single layered). | It helps in removing mucus. | Lines the respiratory tracts |
| Stratified Squamous | It consists of squamous (flattened) epithelial cells arranged in layers over a basal membrane. | It forms a protective layer, block diffusion/microbes. | Epidermis of skin |
| Transitional | The shape of the surface cells changes/ transition depending on the degree of stretch. | It allows considerable stretching. | Lining of the urinary bladder |
