Plant of body

Yogita Ingle 5 years, 4 months ago (2577571)

Plants can be classified on the basis of their height, stem and branches. On these parameters, plants can be of three types, viz. herbs, shrubs and trees.

Herbs: Herbs are small plants which have soft stem. Examples: Wheat, paddy, cabbage, grass, coriander, etc.

Shrubs: These are bushy and medium- sized plants and they are somewhat bigger than herbs. Their branches start from just above the ground. Examples: Lemon, Coriander, Henna, Rose, etc.

Tree: These are tall and large plants with hard and woody stem. A single main-stem arises from the ground. The main-stem is called trunk. The trunk gives out many branches at certain height. The branches carry leaves, flowers and fruits. Examples: Mango, banyan, acacia, coconut, poplar, willow, etc.

DEF RIGHT ANGLE
  • 1 answers

Gaurav Seth 5 years, 4 months ago (2898529)

Given that the parallax angle, θ = 1° 54' = 114'

114' = 114× 60'' = 6840''

We know that 1'' = 4.85 × 10-6 rad

Therefore 1° 54' = 6840'' × (4.85 × 10-6 ) rad

θ = 3.32×10-2 rad

Given the diameter of earth, b = 1.276 × 107 m

Hence the distance of the moon from the earth = 3.843 × 108 m

French revolution started in 1789. The series of events started by the middle class shook the upper classes. The people revolted against the cruel regime of monarchy. This revolution put forward the ideas of liberty, fraternity, and equality. The revolution began on 14th July, 1789 with the storming of the fortress-prison, the Bastille. The Bastille was hated by all, because it stood for the despotic power of the king. The fortress was demolished.

Rebellion of 1857 was a major, but ultimately unsuccessful, uprising in India in 1857–58 against the rule of the British East India Company, which functioned as a sovereign power on behalf of the British Crown.[4][5] The rebellion began on 10 May 1857 in the form of a mutiny of sepoys of the Company's army in the garrison town of Meerut, 40 mi (64 km) northeast of Delhi (now Old Delhi). It then erupted into other mutinies and civilian rebellions chiefly in the upper Gangetic plain and central India,[a][6][b][7] though incidents of revolt also occurred farther north and east.[c][8] The rebellion posed a considerable threat to British power in that region,[d][9] and was contained only with the rebels' defeat in Gwalior on 20 June 1858.[10] On 1 November 1858, the British granted amnesty to all rebels not involved in murder, though they did not declare the hostilities to have formally ended until 8 July 1859. Its name is contested, and it is variously described as the Sepoy Mutiny, the Indian Mutiny, the Great Rebellion, the Revolt of 1857, the Indian Insurrection, and the First War of Independence.[e][11]

As most women in rural areas aren't well educated and don't posses much skill, they are forced to work in areas where no job security is there. Eg. In construction sites. Whereas, when women are well-educated, they work in big companies and also get salaries as much as men. They are also given job security. Therefore in a way this statement is false as well as today there are more educated women than uneducated ones
