Understandability is the concept that financial information should be presented so that a reader can easily comprehend it.
Adherence to a reasonable level of understandability would prevent an organization from deliberately confusing financial information in order to mislead users of its financial statements.

As a Schoolchild in Nazi Germany I have been conditioned to behave in a particular manner since I was three years old. First I was given a flag to wave, to show my patriotism. I was told that men's and women's roles in life were totally different. We were told that the fight for equal rights of men and women was a thing of the past as it would destroy our society today. We boys were taught to be aggressive, masculine and steel hearted, while the girls were told that they had to become good mothers and rear pure-blooded Aryan children. The girls had to maintain the purity of the race, distance themselves from Jews, look after the home, and teach their children Nazi values. They had to be the bearers of the Aryan culture and race. I had to take an oath of loyalty to Hitler, proclaiming him as the savior of the country. I have been told that after finishing school, I will join the Hitler Youth Organisation. This will be followed by military service, which is compulsory.

John Rawls: theory of Justice
• John Rawls argues that the only way we can arrive at a fair and just rule is if we imagine ourselves to be in a situation in which we have to make decisions about how society should be organised although we do not know which position we would ourselves occupy in that society.
• Rawls describes this as thinking under a ‘veil of ignorance’. He expects that in such a situation of complete ignorance about our possible position and status in society, each person would decide in the way they generally do, that is, in terms of their own interests.
• But since no one knows who he would be, and what is going to benefit him, each will predict the future society from the point of view of the worst-off.
• This would not help those who are born in a disadvantaged section of society.
• It is of course not easy to erase our identities and to imagine oneself under a veil of ignorance. But then it is equally difficult for most people to be self-sacrificing and share their good fortune with strangers.
• The merit of the ‘veil of ignorance’ position is that it expects people to just be their usual rational selves: they are expected to think for themselves and choose what they regard to be in their interest.
• Rawls therefore argues that rational thinking, not morality, could lead us to be fair and judge impartially regarding how to distribute the benefits and burdens of a society.

- Democracy ensures the right choice of the people’s representatives at regular interval of time.
- They ensure that the representatives rule as per the wishes of the people.

When it comes to conditioning, one of the most important principles to understand is when to use different training methods and exercises throughout the training year. This is where the concept of general and specific conditioning comes into play and getting this right can be the difference between winning and losing.

Translation is the process in which mRNA produced by transcription is decoded by the ribosomes to produce a specific amino acid chain.
Protein synthesis occurs in the following steps:
Activation of tRNA: This step occurs before the process of translation and is an essential step as it loads the amino acids on their respective tRNA. Only activated tRNA are required to form peptide bond between two amino acids.
Initiation - It involves binding of small ribosomal subunits to mRNA and then is joined by the 50S subunit. It includes steps of formation of the peptide bond between the first two amino acids. Protein synthesis is initiated with the amino acid methionine because the AUG translation initiation codon of mRNAs is recognized by the anticodon (UAC) of initiator methionine transfer RNA.
Elongation - It includes all the reactions from the synthesis of the first peptide bond to the addition of the last amino acid.
Termination- In the termination step, the completed polypeptide chain is released and the ribosome dissociates from mRNA. The tRNA recognises a stop codon and stops the synthesis of proteins.
Three codons on mRNA which are not recognized by tRNA are UAG (amber), UGA (opal), UAA (ochre). These codons are collectively known as nonsense codons or terminator codons. They are significant since their presence bring the termination of protein synthesis (translation).

Unexpected and Sudden surprise
At the start of the poem, the top of the Laburnum tree in the poem is silent and still. There is hardly any activity on it as the sunlight falls on it on a September afternoon. However, with the arrival of the goldfinch, it suddenly becomes a place of feverish activity. The silence of the place is broken by the twittering and chirruping of the chicks and the goldfinch.

The living amphibians (frogs, toads, salamanders, and caecilians) depend on aquatic respiration to a degree that varies with species, stage of development, temperature, and season. With the exception of a few frog species that lay eggs on land, all amphibians begin life as completely aquatic larvae. Respiratory gas exchange is conducted through the thin, gas-permeable skin and the gills. In addition to these structures, frog tadpoles use their large tail fins for respiration; the tail fins contain blood vessels and are important respiratory structures because of their large surface area. As amphibian larvae develop, the gills (and in frogs, the tail fin) degenerate, paired lungs develop, and the metamorphosing larvae begin making excursions to the water surface to take air breaths.
