The Frankfurt Parliament was convened at the Church of St. Paul in Frankfurt.
Extra explanation:
The Frankfurt Parliament: It was an all-German National Assembly formed by the middle-class professionals, businessmen and prosperous artisans belonging to the different German regions. It was convened on 18 May, 1848 in the Church of St. Paul, in the city of Frankfurt. This assembly drafted a constitution for a German nation to be headed by a monarchy subject to a parliament. However, it faced opposition from the aristocracy and military. Also, as it was dominated by the middle classes, it lost its mass support base. In the end, it was forced to disband on 31 May, 1849.

One particular type of group united for the same purpose should wear the same type of clothes that is uniform. The concept of uniform is the only most visible element of any school regardless of caste, complexion, social status etc. Uniformity is the symbol of discipline. Uniform is a unique idea for schools because it helps students not to divert their attention to fashionable garments while at school. If uniforms were non-existent, students might be victimized by others because of the expensive clothes they choose to wear. Attention will naturally go on the clothes people wear instead of on schoolwork, which is what school is all about. Uniform is the only source to avoid fashion parade from schools. When students wear clothes of their choices on their birthdays even then sometimes objectionable attire is observed. Uniform is the only source to avoid such objection regularly. Each morning, students do not have to waste their time to decide what to wear, they simply get dressed in their uniform. In this way getting ready for school becomes hassle-free for students. Time wasted on deciding what to wear could be better spent on doing schoolwork.
It makes our life more disciplined as we have to fall in a habit of taking care of a particular attire like every country’s army has a particular uniform. It has been rightly said that whatever we are or whatever we will be in future it is all because of our habits and uniformity is such a habit which binds us in a great discipline which is a great key to success. We can easily judge an institution if its workers are wearing a uniform. The same is in schools it is a feeling of equality, it is a feeling of responsibility, it is a feeling of belonging to one another and ultimately it is a reminder of being in a group assembled for the same purpose. It uniform exists in schools it means that the purpose is kept in mind and being chased.

cRutherford’s Model of Atom (By Ernest Rutherford in 1909)
This was based on an experiment in which α – particles were bombarded on a thin gold foil.
Observations of Rutherford’s α-particle scattering experiment are:
(a) Most of the α – particles passed without any hindrance.
(b) Some of the α – particles deflected from their original path at a noticeable angle.
(c) Very few of the α – particles bounced back at their original path.
Postulates of Rutherford’s Model of Atom:
(a) Most of the part in an atom is empty.
(b) There is a positively charged center in atom, which contains nearly the whole mass of atom. The centre is called nucleus.
(c) The size of nucleus is very small compared to an atom.
(d) Electrons revolve round the nucleus.
Drawbacks of Rutherford Model
(a) According to Rutherford’s Model, electron revolves round the positively charged nucleus which is not expected to be stable. But a charged particle in an accelerated motion along a circular path would continuously undergo loss of energy and finally would fall into nucleus. This makes an atom unstable while atoms are quite stable.
(b) Rutherford model could not solve the problem of atomic mass of atom as it proposed only the existence of protons in the nucleus.

Objectives of a Government Budget. Briefly put, promoting rapid and balanced economic development with equality and social justice has been the general objective of all our policies and plans. General objectives of a government budget are as under:
(i) Economic growth. To promote rapid and balanced economic growth so as to improve living standard of the people. Economic growth implies increasing capacity of the economy to produce more goods and services. Public welfare is the main guide.
(ii) Reduction of Poverty and Unemployment. To eradicate mass poverty and unemployment by creating maximum employment opportunities and providing maximum social benefits to the poor. Social welfare is the single most objective of the government. Every Indian should be able to meet his basic needs like food, clothing, housing along with decent health care and educational facilities.
(iii) Reallocation of Resources. (A 2010, D 2011) To reallocate resources in line with social and economic objectives, government has to allocate resources into areas where private sector is not coming, e.g., sanitation, water supply, rural development, education, health, etc. Moreover, government provides more funds to productive sectors and draws away resources from some other sectors to promote balanced economic growth of different regions.
(iv) Reduction of inequalities/Redistribution of income. To reduce inequalities of income and wealth government can influence distribution of income through levying taxes on the rich and granting subsidies to poor. Government uses progressive taxation policy, i.e., high rate of tax on rich people and lower rate on lower income group. Government provides subsidies and amentities to people whose income level is low. More, emphasis is laid on equitable distribution of wealth and income. Economic progress in itself is not a sufficient goal but goal must be equitable progress.
(v) Price Stability/Economic stability. Government can bring economic stability i.e. can control fluctuations in general price level through taxes, subsidies and expenditure. For instance when there is inflation (continuous rise in prices), govt. can reduce its expenditure and when there is depression characterised by following output and prices, govt. can reduce taxes and grant subsidies to encourage spending by people.
(vi) Management of public enterprises. To manage, public enterprises which are of the nature of monopolies like railways, electricity, etc.

The Editor,
The National Daily,
Golaghat
Respected Sir/Madam,
Subject: Steps towards taking necessary steps to preserve our beautiful bio-reserves.
My name is _________. Firstly, I would like to apologize for taking out your precious time in reading my letter. I would want to draw your kind attention of the anxious authorities toward the falling bio-reserves of our multi-cultural country through this column of your prestigious newspaper.
India has about 2.4 percent of the world’s area, but it has only eight percent of the world’s bio-reserves. India is one of the 12 most diverse region in the whole entire world. There are over 47,000 different, colourful species of plants and over 89,000 furious species of animals. Even though of all of these, our majestic flora and fauna at our natural country are in a huge treat due to Human Activities. The technology is developing in our vast country. Over population is occurring! Pollution has led to lesser availability of sources of drinking water. Deforestation is happening over the few years for resources of us humans. Plants are dying, animals are getting extinct, and we are not taking any serious actions on these on-going problems. We have to relook into these major issues so that India can have a brighter and better future.
You are requested to kindly look into the matter and respond to it immediately. Strict actions need to be taken for the same. Thanking you!
Yours truly, ___________

Given,
Lateral surface area = 94.2cm²
Height (h) = 5cm
Let the radius of the base be ' r '
We know,
Lateral surface area = 2πrh
94.2 = 2 × 3.14 × r × 5
94.2/ 2×3.14×5 = r
r = 3
Thus,
The radius of base is 3cm
Also,
Volume of the cylinder = πr²h
= 3.14 × 3² × 5 cm
= 3.14 × 9 × 5cm
= 141.3cm³
Thus,
The radius of the base is 3cm and the volume is 141.3cm³

AB and CD are equal chords of a circle whose centre is O. When produced, these chords meet at E. Prove that EB = ED and AE = CE.

Given: AB and CD are equal chords of a circle whose centre is O. When produced, these chords meet at E.
To Prove: EB = ED and AE = CE.

Construction: From O draw OP ⊥ AB and OQ ⊥ CD. Join OE.
Proof: ∵ AB = CD | Given
∴ OP = OQ
| ∵ Equal chords of a circle are equidistant from the centre
Now in right ∆s OPE and OQE,
Hyp. OE = Hyp. OE | Common
Side OP = Side OQ | Proved above

PE - PB = QE - QD
EB = ED Proved.
BE + AB = ED + CD
AE = CE

Answer:
50.28 or 352/7
Step-by-step explanation:
Given,
Slant height = 5 cm
Radius = 4 cm
Let Height be x cm
So for finding height we have to use Pythagorean Theorem,
(5)² = (4)² + (x)²
√25 -16 = x
√9 = x
so, x = 3
Height = 3 cm
Volume of Cone = 1/3πr²h
= 1/3×22/7×4×4×3
= (22×16)/7
= 352/7
If you make this fraction in decimal form answer is
50.28
