The role of Giuseppe Mazzini as an Italian revolutionary: (i) He founded two secret societies—Young Italy in Marseilles and Young Europe in Berne. (ii) Members of these societies were like-minded young men from Poland, France, Italy and German states.

Adithya Dev A 4 years, 5 months ago

Giuseppe Mazzini is considered to be one of the most celebrated Italian revolutionaries of all time. Born in Genoa in 1807, he became a member of the Carbonari secret society at a fairly young age. At the tender age of 24, he was sent to exile in 1831 for attempting a revolution in Liguria. Later, he started forming secret societies like YOUNG ITALY in Marseilles and YOUNG EUROPE in Berne. He believed that God intended nations to be natural units of mankind. So, he supported the idea that Italy should no longer remain a patchwork of kingdoms and provinces. He even built a coherent programme for the dissemination of his goals.

Prime no. r those numbers that hv only 2 factor that is one and the number itself.e.g the number 2 is a prime number because it have only 2 factor that is 1 and 2 . Also let 3 is a prime number because it has only 2 factor that is one and the number itself. The factor of three are 1,3. Now, We can say that any number that have only two factor is known as prime number. And composite number are just opposite of prime number. *Composite number are the number that have more than two factor.means any number which have 2+ factor, those number will be known as composite number. E.g 8 is a composite number because it is a factor of 1,2,4,8. Now it can be said that 8 is a composite number as it have more than 2 factor. Thanks, hope u understand.

prime no. - prime numbers are those numbers which have ony 2 factors , first factor is 1 and the other factore is the number itself . Composite no. - all the numbers having factors more than 2 ( i.e. 1 and the number its self ) - smallest prime number is 2 - smallest composite number is 4 - 1 is neither prime nor composite - many times question comes that find hcf of smallest prime and smallest composite number than people find HCF of 1 and 4 because they think 1 is smallest prime number . - Always remember 1 is neither prime nor composite. - I am your senior 2020 batch , if you want my hand written notes for every subject , u can mail me at. Because of the atmospheric pressure of colours

Adithya Dev A 4 years, 5 months ago

When Sun is at the horizon (morning), the light rays have to travel relatively longer distances to reach the observer's eye. According to Rayleigh's Law of Scattering (amount of scattering inversely proportional to fourth power of wavelength.), Blue shaded lights, which have shorter wavelengths than red shaded lights, get scattered away and only reddish shades travel longer distances and reach our eyes. Therefore, sun appears reddish in the morning.

Satyagraha emphased the power if truth and the search for the truth.it says if the cause was true ,if the cause was against injustuce then the physical force is not required to fight the oppression or opponent.

Adithya Dev A 4 years, 5 months ago

Mahatma Gandhi had returned to India in January 1915 from South Africa where he had brought several political and social reforms through a novel method of mass agitation known as SATYAGRAHA. It emphasized the power of truth and its need in the society. This method of passive resistance suggested that if the cause was true and the struggle was against injustice, then physical force won't be required to fight the oppressor. Without seeking vengeance or being aggressive, a Satyagrahi can easily win a battle. This is by appealing to the conscience of the oppressor. The oppressor should never be forced to accept truth. Rather, he needs to be convinced of the need to search for truth in the society. Thus, according to him, truth was bound to ultimately triumph.

This shows us that he is just an UTOPIAN symbol of faith.

In most of the contemporary democracies, power sharing between different political parties take the form of a competition. Also referred to as POLITICAL ELECTIONS, this competition ensures that power does not remain in one hand. Thus, in the long run, power is actually getting switched between different political parties after regular intervals. Whereas in other democracies, this form of power sharing is direct as political parties, during elections, form political alliances and adopt a common programme. When in power, these political alliances form coalition governments and thus, power is shared.

Saloni Harinkhede 4 years, 5 months ago

Power sharing arrangements can also be seen in the way political parties, pressure groups and movement control or influence those in power. In a democracy, the citizens must have freedom to choose among various contenders for power. In contemporary democracies, this takes....

This helped inculcating a feeling of hatred among illiterate and graduate Indians against the colonial empire. This instilled a sense of common identity among Indians.
