taking x instead of tita
tan x = 8/15
tan x = PQ/QR
PQ/QR =8/15
16/QR = 8/15
16 x 15/8=QR
therefore ,QR = 30 m
PQ2 + QR2 =PR2
162 + 302 = PR2
256 + 900= PR2
1156=PR2
PR= root 1156
PR = 34 m

Given: A luminous object is placed 20cm from the surface of a convex mirror is set so that the virtual image formed in the two mirror coincide. If the plane mirror is at a distance 12cm from the object
To find the focal length of the convex mirror.
Solution:
As plane mirror is place at a distance of 12 cm from the object, the image formed by plane mirror will be at a distance of 12 cm from the plane mirror as shown in above figure.
AS the virtual image formed by two image coincides, the distance between object and image in both cases is 12+12=24cm as shown in figure.
Given object distance in convex mirror is 20 cm from the convex mirror, so the image will be 4cm (24−20=4) away from the convex mirror, as shown in the figure.
Hence considering convex mirror,
Object distance, u=−20cm
Image distance, v=+4cm
Applying the mirror formula,
1/v + 1/u = 1/f
f = 5 cm

Initially, three states; Assam, Nagaland and Jammu & Kashmir were granted special status but from 1974-1979, five more states were added under the special category. These include Himachal Pradesh, Manipur, Meghalaya, Sikkim and Tripura.
In 1990, with the addition of Arunachal Pradesh and Mizoram, the states increased to 10. The state of Uttarakhand was given special category status in 2001.
Note: Jammu and Kashmir enjoyed a special status as per Article 370 and also Special Category Status. But now that Article 35A has been scrapped and it has become a union territory with legislature, SCS doesn't apply to J&K anymore.

Correct option is C
AC = AB
Step-by-step explanation:
Given that AB is chord of bigger circle
Also, it is tangent to a smaller circle touching at C
Then, AB is perpendicular to OC and C is midpoint of AB
There AC = BC
Here, from the options
a) AB = r1
b) AB = r2
c) AC = BC
d) AB = r1 + r2
Correct option is C
Hence, AC = AB

Yes, these two statements mean almost the same, as different persons could have different as well as conflicting developmental goals, e.g., in Gujarat, government is in favour of the Narmada Project, while the people who are adversely affected by the project/dam are opposing this.
