Rabi crops are known as winter crops. They are grown in October or November. The crops are then harvested in spring. These crops require frequent irrigation because these are grown in dry areas. Wheat, gram, barley are some of the rabi crops grown in India.

It is because waste has to be disposed in such a manner that it doesnt cause any type of pollution.
For example when wastes are dumped into water bodies they pollute it and also affect the marine life.If we bury it in the land it causes the depletion of the fertility of the soil and makes the land a wasteland.

Federalism is a system of government in which the power is divided between a central authority and various constituent units of the country. Usually, a federation has two levels of government. One is the government for the entire country that is usually responsible for a few subjects of common national interest. The others are governments at the level of provinces or states that look after much of the day-to-day administering of their state. Both these levels of governments enjoy their power independent of the other.

If organisms reproduce asexually, then there is limited variation, and organisms can create exact copies of themselves.
However, in case of sexual reproduction, there are a lot of variations. Due to this, exact copies of an organism are never created.

When a lighthouse spreads a red-colored light underwater, it forms a sector of angle 80o and radius =16.5km
∴ Area of sector =θ/360 ×π×r2
∴ Area of sector =80/360×3.14×16.5×16.5
=189.97km2

- Underemployment or disguised unemployment: A situation where there are more people in agriculture than necessary. So, even if you move a few people out, production will not be affected. It is called underemployment.
This kind of underemployment is hidden in contrast to someone who does not have a job and is clearly visible as unemployed. Hence, it is also called disguised unemployment. - Seasonal unemployment: When people are unemployed for a particular season, it is called as seasonal unemployment. For example, if farmers are ploughing land only for rabi season, then they become unemployed for the rest of the seasons.

After the failure of First Round Table Conference efforts were made by the Government to make an agreement that the congress would attend the next Round Table Conference.
The Viceroy, Lord Irwin, was authorised to hold talks with Mahatma Gandhi.
Finally, Gandhi and Irwin made an agreement on 5 March 1931. The agreement is called Gandhi-Irwin pact .
By this pact Government agreed to release most of the civil disobedience volunteers, against whom there was no allegation of violence. The Congress suspended the Civil Disobedience Movement and agreed to participate in the second Round Table Conference.

Satyagraha according to Gandhi was a unique weapon to fight injustice. It was a novel method of mass agitation. It stressed on the principle of truth, non-violence, tolerance and peaceful protests. Gandhi had already organised a successful satyagraha movement in South Africa. He also organised it successfully at Champaran in Bihar, Kheda in Gujarat and Ahmedabad in Gujarat.
