The message conveyed by the poem is that just like humans, animals too long for freedom and do not like being caged. For instance, the tiger in the poem longs to be in the jungle and he looks longingly at the shining stars in the sky. By looking at the stars, the tiger hope to be with nature some day.

We also learn that one should not be kept away from his natural surroundings as doing so would hamper the growth of his character.

There are many ways to reduce stress in your life, from exercise to journaling to meditation. Let's look at some of the most common forms of stress management, including physical, mental, social, intellectual and environmental techniques.

Physical

There are various physical techniques you can use. One of these is yoga. There are many videos for this exercise involving body stretching and strengthening online. You can begin your day with 15 minutes of yoga to let go of tension in your body and to clear your mind.

A morning jog or other forms of cardiovascular exercise can help with releasing the happy hormones, endorphins, into your system and can help prevent feelings of stress throughout the day.

Progressive muscle relaxation is another option. This involves starting with your toes and moving all the way up to your forehead, tensing one body part for five to ten seconds and then releasing or relaxing.

Primitive Subsistence Farming: This type of farming is practiced on small patches of land. Primitive tools and family/community labour are used in this type of farming. The farming mainly depends on monsoon and natural fertility of soil. Crops are grown as per the suitability of the environmental condition.

This is also called ‘slash and burn’ agriculture. A patch of land is cleared by slashing the vegetation and then the slashed plants are burnt. The ash; thus obtained is mixed with the soil and crops are grown.

This type of farming produces just enough crops to sustain the family. After a couple of seasons, the patch is left fallow and a new patch of land is prepared for farming. This allows the earlier patch of land to replenish its fertility through the natural process

In the case of NaOH, the hydroxide ions come from the crystal lattice of the solid, and in the case of NH3 they come from dissociated water molecules whose protons have combined with NH3 to form, NH4+.

In Mathematics, Composite numbers are the numbers which have more than two factors, unlike prime numbers which have only two factors, i.e. 1 and the number itself. These numbers are also called composites

All the natural numbers which are not prime numbers are composite numbers as they can be divided by more than two numbers. For example, 6 is composite because it is divisible by 1, 2, 3 and even 6, such as:

 • 6÷1 = 6
 • 6÷2 = 3
 • 6÷3 = 2
 • 6÷6 = 1

Transparency, as used in science, engineering, business, the humanities and in other social contexts, is operating in such a way that it is easy for others to see what actions are performed. Transparency implies openness, communication, and accountability. Transparency is intentionally baring your soul to the world by showing your true self to others. Most people hide their essence in fear of rejection, lack of self-confidence, broken-hearted, or lack of fulfillment in life; there are many reasons a person will hold back who they are.

She witnessed the death of the young cow. She was shaken by how something that was alive a few moments ago could die without any warning. Something which seemed beautiful when alive looked so horrible when dead. Thus, she learnt that there were so many things that happened in life beyond our knowledge.
