BR Ambedkar tried to improve the conditions of the Depressed Classes in the following ways:
In 1930, Dr. BR Ambedkar organised the Dalits (the untouchables) into an organisation called the Depressed Classes Association, now known as scheduled caste.
- His ideas regarding depressed class deferred from that of Mahatma Gandhi. He wanted separate electorates for Dalits.
- Whilst at Round Table Conference in London he demanded separate electorates for Dalits and the British coloniser conceded his demand. This caused Mahatma Gandhi to fast unto the death because he believed that separate electorate for the Dalits would slow down the process of their integration into the main society.
- He signed the Poona Pact with Gandhi ji and the Congress giving the opportunities to depress to secure reserved seat for Dalits in the provincial and Central Legislative Council to be voted in general election.

In chemistry, the most commonly used unit for molarity is the number of moles per litre, having the unit symbol mol/L or mol⋅dm−3 in SI unit. A solution with a concentration of 1 mol/L is said to be 1 molar, commonly designated as 1 M.
Calculating Molarity Given Moles and Volume:
We do this by dividing by the molecular weight of NaCl (58.4 g/mole). Then, we divide the number of moles by the total solution volume to get concentration.

Apartheid- It was the policy of social discrimination followed in South Africa. This policy divided the people and labelled them on the basis of their skin colour. Under this system, blacks were forbidden from living in white areas. Trains, buses, hotels, hospitals, schools and colleges, libraries, cinema halls, public toilets, etc. were all separate for white and blacks. In South Africa, white did not give equal rights to the native Africans.
India had raised this issue first time in United Nations General Assembly in 1946.
It was due to the constant moral support of India and the continuous struggle of Dr. Nelson Mandela, the policy of apartheid has been abolished in South Africa in 1990.

In the story "Bholi" he aptly highlighted the social evils present in our society and also provide's a solution to eradicate them. Bholi is the story of a village girl who was discriminated as she had pock-marks on her face, stammered and was considered to be a simpleton. Bholi suffered an attack of smallpox when she was just two years old. She damaged a part of her brain when she fell off from the cot. Education transformed ‘a dumb cow’ into a fearless and courageous girl. First, she agreed to many an unequal match, Bishamber, just to maintain the honour of the family. Her father, Ramlal, put even his turban at the feet of the greedy bridegroom. He accepted to many a girl with pock-marks only after getting 5000 rupees as dowry. Bholi showed the courage of throwing away the ceremonial garland into the fire. She refused to have a mean, greedy and contemptible coward like Bishamber Nath as her husband.

There are three different stages in the formation of urine by the filtration of blood through the nephrons. The process of urine formation in kidneys include the following steps:
(i) Glomerular filtration - Urine formation begins when the blood is filtered by the glomerulus then enters the Bowman's capsule and the glomerular filtrate is formed. The afferent arteriole entering the glomerulus is wider than the efferent arteriole in diameter. This increases the blood pressure within the glomerulus helps in the filtration. Glomerular filtrate is formed of all blood constituents except corpuscles and plasma proteins.
(ii) Tubular reabsorption - When the glomerular filtrate comes to the proximal tubule then the essential nutrients are reabsorbed. Glucose, amino acids, water, ions like sodium, potassium, chloride, bicarbonate, magnesium, calcium are reabsorbed from the glomerular filtrate. When the filtrate finally comes to the collecting duct ADH (anti-diuretic hormone) acts and reabsorbs the excess water and decreases the urine volume.
(iii) Tubular secretion - When the glomerular filtrate is in the proximal tubule creatinine, uric acid are secreted in it. When the filtrate goes to the distal part urea, potasium ion and some hydrogen ions are secreted in the form of urine.

The story” A Letter to God: written by GL Fuentes enforces our faith in humanity. After reading the story, we know that there are still people who help others without any self-interest. Here the post master and other employees lay an example of humanity and kindness for others . First they all laughed at Lencho’s letter to God because they knew that there Was no such person but they were really moved by Lencho’s faith in God . They decided to help him to keep his faith alive and firm.Even though it was not possible for them to collect hundred pesos and kept them in an envelope for Lencho. They signed on it ‘God’ except there own name .This act shows us the true picture of humanity and motivates us to be a noble and kind person.

As hibiscus flower contains the colour pigment anthocynanin, not only can it be used as a natural indicator, it can also be used to produce natural dye that is eco-friendly and safe on human skin. Acid-base indicators are chemicals used to determine whether an aqueous solution is acidic, neutral, or alkaline. Because acidity and alkalinity relate to pH, they may also be known as pH indicators. Examples of acid-base indicators include litmus paper, phenolphthalein, and red cabbage juice.
