Answer:
Sides of the triangle are 20 cm, 16 cm, 12 cm
Step-by-step explanation:
Formula used:
If a, b, c are sides of triangle then
s=(a+b+c)/2
Given:
s-a=4 cm
s-b=8 cm
s-c=12 cm
Adding these we get
s+s+s-a-b-c = 24
3s-(a+b+c) =24
3s-2s = 24
s = 24
Now,
s-a=4
24 - a =4
a = 24 - 4 = 20 cm
s-b=8
24 - b = 8
b = 24 - 8 = 16 cm
s - c = 12
24 - c = 12
c = 24 -12 = 12 cm

Electromagnetic waves are also known as EM waves that are produced when an electric field comes in contact with the magnetic field. It can also be said that electromagnetic waves are the composition of oscillating electric and magnetic fields. Electromagnetic waves are solutions of Maxwell’s equations, which are the fundamental equations of electrodynamics.

The given circuit is a series circuit.
Properties of a series circuit :
- The current remains the same in all resistors
- The potential difference varies for each resistor depending on current.
So Since the current remains constant, we can calculate the current for the whole circuit and then calculate the potential difference.
According to reference :
Potential Difference = 2 V
Current = ?
Net Effective Resistance = 10 Ω + 5 Ω = 15 Ω
So According to Ohm's Law,
Potential Difference ( V ) = Current ( I ) × Resistance ( R )
=> Current ( I ) = Potential Difference ( V ) / Resistance ( R )
=> Current ( I ) = 2 / 15
=> Current ( I ) = 0.13 A
Hence the current in the series circuit is 0.13 A.
Now The current acting on both resistors will be 0.13 A. So now we must find the Potential Difference acting on the resistors.
So V = I × R
We need to calculate Potential Difference in Resistor 10 Ω .
=> V = 0.13 A × 10 Ω
=> V = 1.3 V
Hence the potential difference at the 10 Ω resistor is 1.3 V.

Why were mobile animal herders not necessarily a threat to town life?
A:
Mobile animal herders were not necessarily a threat to town life, because with the people living in towns, they needed to exchange young animals, cheese, leather and meat in return for grain and metal tools. However, they had conflicts with the people living in agricultural villages. The herders raided the villages and seized their stored goods.
