The Draw Inside mode allows you to draw inside a single selected object, which automatically creates a clipping mask from the selected object. ... You can select a drawing mode at the bottom of the Tools panel or use the Shift+D keyboard shortcut to cycle through each one. When you draw shapes that overlap each other in the same layer, the top-most shape cuts away the part of the shape underneath it that it overlaps. In this way, drawing shapes is a destructive drawing mode. Object drawing mode creates a shape that is a separate graphic which sits above the stage. When selected, a bounding box surrounds the shape to show it is one complete object. When object drawing mode is turned ON: The Property Inspector shows the status as “object drawing mode on”.

A function library is a separate object type in the ES Repository and enables mapping developers to use user-defined functions across message mappings. You can use user-defined functions from a function library in message mappings and in mapping templates. The C language is accompanied by a number of standard library functions which carry out various useful tasks. In particular, all input and output operations (e.g., writing to the terminal) and all math operations (e.g., evaluation of sines and cosines) are implemented by library functions.

An institution is something that works according to rules established or at least acknowledged by law or by custom. Thus, “an established and structured pattern of behaviour or of relationships that is accepted as a fundamental part of a culture” can be referred to as social institutions. There are social institutions that constrain and control, punish and reward. Social institutions can be macro like the state or micro like the family.

Saturation current is a term used in relation to semiconductor diodes. It is more fully named reverse saturation current and is "part of the reverse current in a diode caused by diffusion of minority carriers from the neutral regions to the depletion region.
IS, the reverse bias saturation current for an ideal p-n diode is given by,

where
<dl> <dd>IS is the reverse bias saturation current,</dd> <dd>e is elementary charge</dd> <dd>A is the cross-sectional area</dd> <dd>Dp,n are the diffusion coefficients of holes and electrons, respectively,</dd> <dd>ND,A are the donor and acceptor concentrations at the n side and p side, respectively,</dd> <dd>ni is the intrinsic carrier concentration in the semiconductor material,</dd> <dd>τp,n are the carrier lifetimes of holes and electrons, respectively.</dd> </dl>
