The courtiers called the prince ‘the Happy Prince’ because he was always happy. He did not know what tears were as he lived in a palace where sorrow was not allowed to enter.
No, he is not really happy. After death when he was made into a statue, tears flowed down his eyes on seeing the ugliness and the miseries of his city.

The prince wanted to help the needy people but he is a statue so he cant move from one place to another because of that reason he need somebody who is a good hearted person and he chose the swallow for that.That's why the prince requested the swallow to wait with him.

Rest: An object is said to be at rest if it does not change its position with respect to its surroundings with time.
E.g. A table lying in a room is at rest with respect to the walls of the room.
Motion: An object is said to be in motion if the position changes with respect to it surrounding and time.
E.g., A car running on the road is in motion with respect to the lamp posts, trees or bus stop on the roadside

Lok Sabha Elections, 1977
The Janata Party made this election into a referendum on the emergency.
For the first time since Independence, the Congress Party was defeated in the Lok Sabha elections.
The Congress could win only 154 seats in the Lok Sabha elections. The Janata Party and its allies won 330 out of 542 seats in the Lok Sabha; Janata Party itself won 295 seats and thus enjoyed a clear majority

tn=a+(n-1) d
now
t11 = a + (11-1)
d = a + 10d = 38
same way
t16 = a + 15d =73
solve this equation then
a= -32 and d= 7
now t31 = a+30d
= -32 + 210 = 178
