Annual day is celebrated in all school and colleges. The day is celebrated because the students of the school or college get a promotion every year. So to compare them with another standard batch of the students as well as to keep their activeness in the cultural program this kind of organisation is held. Generally, it is celebrated with the whole batch of the students of college or school. The program is hosted by the teacher and the main audience of the program is our parents. At several places, it’s celebrated differently. Somewhere it is celebrated with sports function, somewhere with a cultural program, duet general knowledge competition etc. The day keeps much important for the students because they get the opportunity to present them near all. They get a chance to show their hidden potential. The best performer is respected with a student of the year award. In some school, colleges the annual day is celebrated as the farewell ceremony of the final year students. In that case, every student of final year batch shares their journey of that school or college. They individually present their program. In my school, this annual day is celebrated as a program for the enjoyment of the students. All kind of sports along with cultural programs are organised by our teacher’s. Every student takes part in the activities with their liabilities. Teachers encourage us to perform our best. A grand party is also organised by our teacher. At last of the program, our teachers gift us upon our performance. In this way, the celebration ends.

On the final day we all began to dress up as soon as we reached school at 8 a.m. The function was to start sharp at 10 a.m. The school entrance had been beautifully decorated with flowers and a gleaming banner. A flower-bedecked path lead up to the assembly hall where the function was to be held. As the parents took their seats, the teachers went about making last-minute checks and adjustments. Besides, some short plays, the students had prepared a variety of songs and dances. The first item was put up by the junior-most class. Dressed as flowers and butterflies they showcased the advantage of nature’s beauty. As the butterflies flitted around the stage two children got their wings entangled. In trying to separate, one of the wings came away. Much to the amusement of all the two children started blaming each other, blissfully unaware of the audience. Everyone was in splits of laughter till some teachers came and rescued the act. Next came the group songs and folk dances. Dressed in colorful skirts, the whirling dancers were a sight to watch. The class V students had prepared a Hindi play from Panchatantra. Everything went smoothly till the angry tiger tripped and fell while chasing the fox. Instead of roaring with anger, the student playing the tiger began crying aloud. Fortunately, he was not hurt and began laughing when the fox dropped his mustache. This child, being smart, picked it up and put it in his pocket. The audience roared with laughter, but everyone loved the children. The last act was the play about a man who had lost his memory. The senior students turned out be excellent actors and their efforts were met with well-deserved applause. As the curtains came down, everyone was requested to go to the grounds for refreshments

To create template in MS Word follow these steps: (i) click on new option in File Tab. By default Blank Document option is selected. (ii) Click on Create Button present on the extreme right task pane. (iii) A new document will open. Make the desired changes in the page layout, like margin settings, orientation, styles, etc. You can also specify the header and footer, like page number, date/time, etc. (iv) After specifying all the required settings, click on the Save As option in the file tab. प्रचार समिति: प्रतियोगिता के बाद प्रचार पर होने वाले खर्चे की जानकारी आयोजन समिति को देना। यह मीडिया को रिर्पोट भेजता है।
क्रय समिति: उपकरणों और वस्तुओं के खर्च की जानकारी आयोजन समिति को देना।
वित्तीय समिति: प्रतियोगिता में कुल आय व्यय का लेखा जोखा तैयार करना तथा बजट से समीक्षा करना।
परिवहन समिति: प्रतियोगिता के बाद सभी जानकारी उपलब्ध करायें।
भोजन तथा आवास समिति: आवास स्थल पर अगर कोई नुकसान हुआ है तो उसे ठीक कराना और सभी जानकारी आयोजन समिति को देना।
अधिकारियों के लिये समिति: प्रतियोगिता के बाद सभी अधिकारियों को उनका मानदेय और धन्यवाद पत्र देना।
खेल मैदान व उपकरण समिति: प्रतियोगिता के बाद यह समिति प्रयोग में लाए गये। सभी उपकरण प्रबन्धन समिति को उपलब्ध कराएगी तथा मैदान पर अगर कोई नुकसान हुआ है तो उसे सही कराने की जिम्मेदारी भी इसी समिति की होती है।
प्रतियोगिता कार्यक्रम समिति: सभी टीमों को प्रमाण-पत्र देना, सारे रिकॉर्ड तैयार करना प्रतियोगिता में आयी हुई सभी टीमों से सम्बन्धित जानकारी आयोजन समिति को देना समिति का कार्य होता है।
प्राथमिक चिकित्सा समिति: प्राथमिक चिकित्सा से सम्बन्धित सभी समान तथा जानकारी आयोजन समिति को देना।
पुरस्कार वितरण समिति: सजावट तथा समारोह समिति के साथ मिलकर सभी जानकारी और समान आयोजन समिति को देना।
आयोजन प्रबंधन समिति: सभी समितियों से रिर्पोट लेकर उस पर विचार-विर्मश करना तथा सभी जानकारी और रिर्पोट तथा रिकॉर्ड प्रशासनिक निर्देशक को उपलब्ध कराना इस समिति का प्रमुख कार्य होता है।
