प्रश्न -1 निम्नलिखित अपठित गद्यांश को ध्यानपूर्वक पढ़कर नीचे दिए गए प्रश्नों के उत्तर दीजिए। (1x5=5) खानपान की मि श्रत संस्कृति में हम कई बार चीजों का असली और अलग स्वाद नहीं ले पा रहे हैं। अकसर प्रतिभोजों और पार्टियों में एक साथ ढेरों चीजें रख दी जाती है और उनका स्वाद गड्ड मड्ड हो जाता है । खानपान की मि श्रत या विविध संस्कृति हमें कई अलग - अलग चीजें चुनने का अवसर देती है, हम उसका लाभ प्रायः नहीं उठा रहे हैं। हम अकसर एक ही प्लेट में कई तरह के और कई बार तो बिल्कुल विपरीत प्रकृति वाले व्यंजन परोसे लेना चाहते हैं । खानपान की नई संस्कृति से राष्ट्रीय एकता को बढ़ावा मिल रहा है क्योंकि हम दूसरे प्रदेश की चीजें अपने प्रदेश में आसानी से प्राप्त कर रहें हैं । (क) पाठ और लेखक का नाम बताओ। (ख) खानपान की मि श्रत संस्कृति में कई बार हम चीजों का असली स्वाद क्यों नहीं ले पाते ? (ग) खानपान की मि श्रत संस्कृति हमें क्या चुनने का अवसर देती है ? (घ) हम कई बार प्लेट में किस प्रकार के व्यंजन परोसे लेना चाहते हैं? (ङ)खानपान की नई संस्कृति से किसे बढ़ावा मिल रहा है ?
