Farm Labourers: They are the ones who come from landless families and those families who cultivate small plots of land. They work for the owner of the land in the fields and produce crops. They are paid wages by the farmer and work for them. They are either landless farmers are small farmers who have very little land for cultivation.
Farmers: They are the people who grow crops in the land in a wide variation. They are engaged in agricultural activities and produce crops in some piece of land. They involve the process of growing different crops in different varieties and might have relatively larger landholdings. Farmer's land can be cultivated or by labours hired by them.
